Hahahah. Translation: they ain't too pretty, but they ain't too picky either and will fuck the shit out of you.
You definitely won't find interesting women sitting at home. Get outside and enjoy the weather already!
Yes, I know two guys who took cooking classes so they could meet women. And learn how to cook for them. LOL
Some suggestions:
a) Travelling first class. First class or commercial
flight cabins are where socialites and attendants
looking out for their preys.
b) Wedding banquet
c) Funeral service. You don't interact with them
the way you did in b. You offer your condolence
and reminisce about the past of the dead first.
d) Sunday church. I am not kidding with this one.
I personally got to know a few who found their
SO through the church. If it is a big church you
may have to participate in smaller scale and more
intimate events like bible study groups.

To reword this advice, being a wolf in sheep's clothing should
help with picking out the gullible ones and lure her to the bed.
Even if you don't...get a cat, or ferret, or gerbil, anything cute and furry really, throw a leash on it and wander through the parks and streets of the city.
Pretty sure the woman who talks to you while you're walking your gerbil is a keeper.
Next time you're out for a walk and you see a guy walking a gerbil on a leash, i DARE you not to talk to him

Okay .. just thinking, thinking .... I wonder if there would be a market for a service that would rent dogs out to guys looking to meet women. Then dog would be trained to recognise hot women. On cue you drop the leash whisper fetch and the dog runs over to a girl with tail wagging and those big brown eyes looking into hers.
"Sorry I'm dog sitting for a friend and he got away from me. Say, you have a way with dogs ... do you own one yourself ...?"
