Which Timezone is TERB in?

How come the posting dates dont match the Toronto standard time?? Is TERB based overseas or something or is it the settings on my PC that need adjusting??

I changed the timezone in my User CP and it still says the wrong time. A bit annoying.

I'm using whiteout on my computer screen to change every date.
It's a bit timeconsuming but eventually I'll get there.
