lambo - doesnt matter if its bike or pedestrian or another car - the lambo driver didnt have to move to hit the bike, driver should have been paying attention to the turn.
Probably one of the most common bike hits, driver looks left and its clear and then goes, but doesn't look right and bam. Cyclist should be aware of this and make driver eye contact, but the cyclicst looks like an idiot and the windows are dark af.

Cyclist is riding on the sidewalk, illegal. Cyclist then almost hits the pedestrian before riding his bike through the pedestrian right of way. The cyclist could see the Lambo was turning. Instead of stopping when he got to the intersection, to make sure the driver could see him, he kept on riding without as much a finger on the brake levers in case he had to stop. Cyclist easily could've prevented the collision. Cyclist is an idiot.

100% agree. Majority of cyclists are entitled and constantly break rules of the road.

I say the U-man/bicyclist was at fault. Seconds before he hit the car he almost hit a pedestrian. The Lambo was in the process of a turn, the bicyclist did not stop before he went on to the roadway. He was illegally on the sidewalk.
