Exactly they can have their account close if it's discovered that they also are SP.
Because OF bans creators who are also escorts.
Exactly and possibly worse they are unlikely to get a final payment from OF for anything they may have earned and not collected when they get banned.
Even mentioning meeting up can get someone banned from OF
There are several outlets than ban females once they realize they are an escort.

Add FB and even though not used for SP Ads, tiktok. Also Paypal and other cash app sites
Not to mention in the US - banks will close accounts. Visa and MasterCard will close merchant accounts.
