why some members in blue?

Terb is an advertising-supported board. Members in blue have paid the board to be able to advertise here. Service Providers who are not in blue but still advertise are breaking the rules and get in serious sh*t for it.
There are a couple of non-service provider members who are also in blue. I suspect -- guess -- that they have paid terb for bigger Private Message spaces than normal. Don't know for sure though.
