My earlier 'plea bargain' comment was intended to be a lighthearted attempt to inject humor into the thread, bearing in mind that the US courts have worked out 'deals' in certain situations post conviction but prior to sentencing. but I certainly do not profess to be a legal expert on the subject!
However, this is a humorous thread about CB, so I will submit to your 'superior' knowledge on the subject...
