Where do I justify his action? I said I don't like the slap but I don't like the joke either. I also said you dont laugh at médical condition. It's just getting ridiculous. Jada did nothing. Chris knew about Jada. Will is a dick. I am done with you guys lol you guys just don't like any sort of opposition by a women. Many men understood what I was saying and agreed. By law it's assault. This point is not in dispute.
California law states that it is misdemeanor battery. Although most likely Smith would not be convicted.
