Btw, who slaps another man ? Lol
Tom Hardy slapped Paul Bettany (WandaVision) horizontal for attempting to publicly humiliate him. He was blacklisted by Hollywood for six years over it - Bettany didn't press charges.

Will Smith better gird his massive loins, it's open season on him from comics. I wonder what Chris Rock's buddy will say?

We’re going to hear a lot of jokes about Will but he’s not as fucked up as Kanye by a long shot.
He was smart enough to apologize for the disruption but owes Rock one as well.

Wow!!!!!! Just wow!!!!

First off - you don’t lay your hands on anyone.

Second - YOU DON’T LAY YOUR HANDS ON ANYONE

This was not a joke and if I was Chris - I would be suing. It was a tasteless joke. I completely agree. I will never agree that swinging hands is the right course of action. Chris handled it well.

I got in one little fight,
And the Academy got scared,
They said “we’re giving you this Oscar,
But go home to Bel Air”

Will Smith and his wife are a pair of weirdos. She figuratively has cucked him out for a few years now. She’s a B-List actress at best and he at one time was basically the biggest star in the world. If she didn't marry him she would be a "whatever happened to" story about that cute chick that replaced Lisa Bonet on a Diffrent World. He should’ve dumped her bald ass years ago.

I also can't stand a lot of Hollywood's overly earnest shtick. These people pretend for a lucrative living then go on and on about their "struggle". Spare us please

Smith can’t take a his wife is bald joke? If it was real. I’m sure there’s a lot of nastier jokes Rock could’ve told about Jada. Wait til comedians start going in on these 2 now.

The wrestling fan in me thinks it’s a ”work”. Vince McMahon couldn't have done it any better. They switch to a further distance camera shot so it makes it harder to see if it's a real slap or not

Who gives a fuck? She was uncomfortable? Boo fucking hoo! You ever see a grown man get that upset about someone poking fun at their male pattern baldness? Jada should've just given Chris a look like "really? That's your joke?" and that should've been the end of it. This was such trashy behavior. And for Will to be laughing at the joke at first and then act out like that, what a fucking simp, it's pathetic and Jada is utter trash too with all her 'entanglements.'
I said I understand why he did it but I never said the slap was okay. A bit of compassion in aisle 5 please.

I have to go back and find it but I watched the RTT after she shaved her head. Her daughter did it with her as support and her mother already had it shaved IIRC.

I am almost positive there was a GIJane joke in that segment that those three women did. I have to find it. If that is the case, the Smiths lost even more respect in my opinion.

From that angle and in slow motion.... It actually look almost fake. I don't believe it was. It's just funny how angle and speed can affect a 2 dimensional medium like video.
I think he simply held back in the slap and just trying to send a message..(to jada)...also reason chris rock seems ok with it.

Not that I think it makes what Smith did acceptable, but is Chris Rock aware that Jada has a medical condition and that's why her head is shaved? Or was he merely making a joke based on her head being shaved?
It's definitely tasteless if he were aware.

As for Smith actually going up there and smacking Rock live, in front of the eyes of the world, bravo for setting a horrible example. I've never considered Hollywood types to be role models anyway, but Smith now takes the cake.

You have to wonder how dysfunctional their household was for Jaden to want to become an emancipated minor at age 15 and get the hell outta the house.

Aloplecia isn't life threatening, it isn't even painful. I was a big shiny chrome dome at 30.

It hasn't hurt Corey Stoll's career, he got to play young Corrado "Junior" Soprano.
