Cortina is located in the Dolomites, soon it will be over-run with tourists.
The Road to the Olympics continues, cheese made with 1000 of Shaq's farts per wheel. Puzzone di Shaq.
I wonder where they are serving Puzzone di Shaq. The closing ceremonies could be more impressive than the opening.
I will probly do Osso-Bucco for the opening of the game, with Risotto à la Milanese to put myself in the mood.
But then I will use pork because I want to avoid requiring a new mortgage on my house to buy veal

Can Conrad Black be the hottie girl.
These are the most spread out Olympics ever. As far as I know only hockey will be played in Milano.The rest are spread out across Alto Adige and Veneto...to save money on snow.
As for what I'm making, Pollo con Vino or as the Frenchies call it Coq au Vin.
Sadly Puzzone di Shaq is not available in the GTA.

I'm looking forward to watching hockey and maybe some female curling to check out the hotties.
I’ll be watching Ladies figure skating for the hotties lifting leg in air.
Other sports: Short track speed skating , always exciting cuz the entire field can go down in any given race, lol

Cortina is on the World Cup Skiing Circuit.
The Dolomites are young mountains that jut up almost vertically, hikers flock to it in summer. Cortina rebuilt their ice palace from the ground up to host curling. In Italy it's more popular than hockey.
Curling competition has already started.
Compared to Torino and Bologna, Milano food scene is somewhat mediocre.
@ 11.00 is a Massimo Capra specialty, I'd like to find out for myself if Chef Bartolini can match it.
