When Trump referred to 'bad hombres', this is exactly the sort of SCUM he was talking about. I'm glad he's pushing to build that wall, it's definitely needed. The immigrants who want to follow the proper processes, have always been welcome in our countries.

This happened in Mexico. So the wall would be to prevent Americans from going to Mexico?

And there were no immigrants, illegal or not, involved.

So Americans won't see what is happening in Mexico ? Let's expand your 'definitely needed' wall for Canada. There were over 63,000 cases of child sexual abuse, 173,000 rapes and over 14,000 murders in the USA.

By your logic - a wall between the USA and Canada is definitely needed. Yes the border is over 5,000 miles long but cost is no problem - Trump will pay for it. It's our wall - why wouldn't he pay ?

Places like Brazil and Mexico get a rap for being violent crime ridden places. While I'm sure crime exists I think it seems worse because we only see the news. Much like if someone from another country watched CP24 they'd think you'd need a bulletproof vest and look out for guys with knives.

A few Mexican and Brazillian aquantances commented on how some people they know in these two countries have had their homes broken into etc while others have lived crime free.

That said I wouldn't choose to spend my money on a vacation to Mexico.

mexico is a shithole. even the tourist areas now people are getting robbed. cancun for example. total shithole country with corrupt government

brazil is even worse... shootings happen in broad daylight in front of pedestrians on the sidewalks...

you have it the wrong way.the news make it seem not as bad as it really is. they're just so used to that bullshit over there

governments don't care though. as long as they get their kickbacks.

Because they get cheap travel deals, and there are people with timeshares they are allocated to use, and they hear about lots of their friends going there so it must be safe right. From everything I keep hearing in the news, it certainly seems like a shithole place to vacation at with the frequency of abductions and corruption, but don't listen to me.

Right here in Dodge City to-day --- 2 men shot in a plaza at Kennedy and Ellesmere. Hopefully, much much less here than in Brazil.

I'm by no means saying those places are paradise..... I'm just saying stories from citizens of those two countries suggest it's "not as bad" as we might think,
but like I said not good enough that I'd go there on vacation

I think it depends on how valid one incident is as an excuse to build a wall.

That seems to be what the OP is suggesting. That the "bad hombres" are a bunch of marauding rapists and should be kept out with a wall.
