Would you buy this car if it was just as good as a BMW, @ BMW prices?

I've owned 4 BMW's. Good cars high maitamance that were hyped and over priced, and also not made for the Canadian climate back then. Only
until I road an Infinity did I realised there were alternatives, and good ones !!
