WOW Air launches $99 flights from Canada to Iceland, $149 to Europe

Discount airline WOW Air has unveiled a plan to fly from Montreal or Toronto to Iceland for $99 one way and travel to numerous destinations in Europe for $149.

The Icelandic carrier says the service will begin out of Montreal's ************ Elliott Trudeau airport on May 12, 2016, and out of Toronto's Lester B. Pearson airport on May 20, 2016.

Fuck Europe... Iceland seems like an awesome place to chillllll...so much to do...would be interesting to hit up the blue lagoon in crazy winter blizzard and just chill in the hot water ... for $99 I am so in...could be a nice thing to do for the weekend getaway.

No defender of Air Canada (fucking hate their corporate culture) but... $99 one-way airfare shows nothing except a headline grabbing loss-leader for a startup route by a no-frill carrier.

Like Free McDonalds coffee when they came out with a new blend in an effort to get people to try theirs and hope to grab some of the Timmie's Zombies. Does that show Tim Hortons is ripping us off?

The $99 price is rock bottom intro prices, at high season it is +150%. They also charge for luggage transport. Everything is extra cost. At the end you are paying as much as other airlines charge. AC will squash them like a bug.

Besides, are you are so stupid to think AC gives a shit about fares to Iceland? (Pssssst.... AC doesn't fly to Iceland)
