Really Retired.....REALLY!
Shutting it down is not a good option! And people wonder why their computers are all screwy! If you don't know what it is DON'T touch it until you find out. As I state below a simple search of the filename on Google should answer your questions.

Try reading this article for a little info on processes.

http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/windowstips/story/0,24330,3395489,00.html

And try this little prgram linked in the article by sysinternal.

Doing a quick search of the filename on Google usually allows you to determine what program or driver the process is related to. A search I did on Google allowed me to determine the process is most likely associated with a program called WinZip. A popular compression program.
WinZip Quick Pick Startup Group "C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE

Here is also another helpful link that lists manny common processes in alphabetical order by filename and associtates then with their program or function within windows.

Stopping a process is not harmful. If one doesn't know what it does and kills something important, a reboot will restore functionality. You would be surprised to see just how much stuff can be turned off without compromising functionality, and I'm talking w2k service threads, not add in junk, which usually causes more problems than it solves.

WZQKPICK.EXE is from winzip 8+
its a system tray app, that allows you to access winzip faster.
i have not known if this was spywhere, but shuting it down will not harm your system, i've always had it disabled since they started this feature in winzip last year.
of course thats just my opinion, im not there spokesperson, lol.

Wzqkpick.exe

(WinZip Computing)
Introduced with WinZip in version 8.1. This is the System Tray icon task which enables you to start with WinZip from the System Tray.

Recommendation :
If you do not want the WinZip icon to clutter your System Tray, open WinZip, choose the "Options \ Configuration" menu option, then choose the "System" tab, and then take the tick off the "Include WinZip Quick Pick in the taskbar tray" option.
