Last time I updated my XP I thought I read something about them adding anti-virus protection?
Is that true?
If yes, should I keep my Norton?

I would dump norton in favor of TREND MICRO

More frequent updates and remember MICROSHAFT is commercial based and may not offer the best protection

I would not trust Microsoft with protecting my PC.

At work, we compared 5 anti-virus apps, including Norton, McAfee, Sophos...etc. We finally decided with Sophos for our WAN and McAfee for our stand alone PC's. We also recommend McAfee to our franchises.
