The dispatcher and cops got paid the same whether Ford called or not.
Plus the TPS has plenty of excess capacity at any given time and the chances of someone being neglected because of Ford`s call is extremely remote.

The more frivolous 911 calls there are, the more "spare" capacity they have to have, which costs real tax dollars, and no they don't always have spare capacity at all times.
I highly doubt that there is ever a 911 call in Toronto that does not get answered immediately and a very small percentage of cops on duty are responding to emergencies at any given time.

How do you know he didn't do it? Because he claims he didn't? Or the Chief of police claims he didn't? Neither of those guys are notorious for being straight shooters.
Last I checked Rob Ford could clear this whole thing up by electing to have the 911 tapes released (it's his right to do so), but so far he is refusing to. At this point it seems pretty clear that he has something to hide.
