Great list Hawk and as for the two you have on your radar I can attest that you will not be disappointed …they will easily rise to the top of your list and have you coming back for more.
Good luck my friend as they travel a lot and can sometimes be hard to connect with… best to plan ahead and book with them weeks in advance.

That said, I've had some pretty epic times here. I see the constant opining from hobbyists on how Ottawa "sucks"... not my experience at all. Do the research, be a gentleman and you will be rewarded by a sumptuous lady.
