There were 233 zionist settler attacks in 2023 before Oct alone,...
There were also near daily attacks on Jewish civilians in the West Bank. We both agree that Settler extremists attacking Palestinian civilians is a horrible thing but sadly you celebrate Palestinians extremists attacking Jewish civilians. All part of your ridiculously racist double standard.

They said many more October 7s would happen if Palestinian Statehood is not accomplished....
Bullshit.

Here's what they actually said.

It's been pretty clear that their motivation was Arab states were normalizing relations with Israel and they didn't like it. And it's worth saying again that even in their softest statements, they still say their ultimate goal is a Palestinian state from the River to the Sea.

No, they don't. Just stop constantly lying, rich.
...
You have a creative definition of lying. Settlers do get arrested and tried but probably not as often as they should. They are also subject to the exact same military courts and administrative detention you pretend is apartheid.

Israel has plenty of flaws and the political kowtowing to the settler movement is one of them but Israel's weak prosecution for Jewish terrorists is still far superior to the PA celebrating and paying Palestinian terrorists and Hamas being terrorists.

Not sure what you're trying to say. Hamas laid out a half dozen different reasons in the media pamphlet they sent out but their leaders were clear in repeated interviews that their goal was to create a continual state of violence. And considering they have repeatedly rejected ceasefires, including the one demanded by the UNSC, it's pretty clear what the actual reason is.

More importantly, you claim terror attacks have no justification but you are continually trying to justify Oct 7.
Hamas said they attacked on Oct 7 in response to the 233 settler terrorist attacks, attacks on Gaza and attack on the Al Aqsa.
They are within their rights to attack Israeli military which is illegally occupying them, just as Ukraine is allowed to attack Russia.
They just can't target civilians, though we still have no idea if they did or how many they killed.

Meanwhile Israel has targeted and killed 30,000 people, most of whom are women and children.
No wonder the ICC is looking at charging Netanyahu.

And as usual, moronic excuses to defend hamas from any criticism while also pointing out another thing Hamas should be condemned for.

The UNSC demanded Hamas immediately and unconditionally release their hostages. Hamas refused.
The UNSC demanded a ceasefire. Hamas rejected two mediated deals that Israel accepted during Ramadan.

Speaking of dishonest, you claim to support the UN but here you are saying that Hamas doesn't have to listen to the UNSC.
The UNSC also demanded Israel ceasefire, and they didn't.
The UNSC and ICJ demanded Israel not commit genocide, but they continue to kill.
The ICC is looking at charging Netanyahu.

If you back the charges on Hamas you must also support the charges on Israel.

You're lying.
Settlers are almost never charged and most settler terrorist attacks are supported by the IDF.

the stats are here

I dont see the article saying anything radically different from what I summarized. Yes normalizing relations would destroy attempts for Palestinian Statehood. So purely from a strategic standpoint it is understandable that they wanted those efforts destroyed. Here is what they actually said:

Among many others:

  • We categorically reject any international or Israeli projects aimed at deciding the future of Gaza that only serve to prolong the occupation. We stress that the Palestinian people have the capacity to decide their future and to arrange their internal affairs, and thus no party in the world has the right to impose any form of guardianship on the Palestinian people or decide on their behalf.
  • We urge for standing against the Israeli attempts to cause another wave of expulsion – or a new Nakba - to the Palestinians especially in the lands occupied in 1948 and the West Bank. We stress that there will be no expulsion to Sinai or Jordan or any other place, and if there is any relocation to the Palestinians, it will be towards their homes and areas they were expelled from in 1948, as affirmed by many UN resolutions.

You can try actually reading instead of just looking for things to support your belief system.

it's amazing that you are so critical of Israeli statements that you believe them all to be lies but selectively believe anything Hamas says that fits you hatreds.

Thank you for confirming exactly what I said. Settlers do get charged but not as often as they should.

Now how about the PA paying salaries to Palestinians convicted of violence and Hamas being the ones planning and committing violence?

...
A ceasefire can't happen unless both sides agree and Israel has agreed to multiple ceasefires that Hamas has rejected.

Hamas are the only ones violating that UNSC order.

So you think it's okay to kill, rape, and kidnap civilians because someone else was involved in attacks? You think it's okay to murder, rape, and kidnap civilians because some other civilians peacefully walked around Temple Mount as approved by the Jordanian WAQF?

I know consistency is not something that interests you but your justifications would allow Israel to kill any Palestinian they want because some other Palestinians attack Jewish civilians and some Muslims visit shared Jewish/Muslim sites.

So according to your "logic", we should believe what Israel, the oppressor says, to suit their narrative and justifications for their brutalizations and genocide of the Palestinian people but not the statements of Hamas, who actually conducted the attack. Yeah, nice try, pal.

That's not what I said.
The IDF are actively supporting settlers, not only not arresting them, but actively backing settler terrorist attacks.
Settler terrorism is state policy.

According to Abu-Alia, the Israeli military arrived at the scene at around 3 p.m. local time, but did not stop the settlers from attacking the village. Instead, Israeli soldiers allowed them to raid homes, prevented Palestinian residents from moving around and blocked ambulances from reaching the injured, he alleged.

Not at all.
Israel is the occupying power and the one invading Gaza.
They have to ceasefire and retreat.

Israel is violating the UN, ICJ and will soon be charged by the ICC.
