You're using the wife beater's defence and trying to claim that Palestinians made zionists occupy them, steal their land, implement apartheid and commit genocide.

You need to own your own zionist goals, you need to come clean and say you want Israel to take all of Palestine and you support wiping Palestinians as well off the map.
You're saying all Palestinians are wife beaters now? That's pretty racist. But i guess you have no other response to the reality I challenged you with.

No, basketcase, it means Palestinians want to be free within the area defined as from 'the river to the sea'.
...
And according to the poll I posted, they (at least 75% of them) mean one without Jews. you must hate it when the Palestinians actually speak out against your desires.

I love it when you get trapped into admitting your racist belief that Palestinians need you to tell them what to do and respond by ridiculous accusations and spam.
You were explaining how you know so much better what Palestinians want then they do.

You were using the wife beater's defence, trying to argue that Hamas made Israel commit genocide.

Every accusation is an admission.

Now you're posting that after a genocide Palestinians don't want to live with their killers?
My own views are that I would hope that after the ICC and ICJ trials that people could learn to live with each other again in some form with equal rights.
Your view appears to be you want to use that as justification for more genocide.

But of course you are right, Palestinians should be the ones to decide what happens to Palestine after zionism is ended.

@basketcase , @Frankfooter - what do you say to the people who have been proposing (or rather, grudgingly anticipating no other option than) a three-state solution?

- One secular state
- Two ethno-religious ones

I haven't heard of this proposal.
Link, please.

The one state apartheid system is in place right now, easiest is to end apartheid and implement equal rights.
Give everyone living under Israeli rule full rights, citizenship and the vote and let them figure it out.

Do you think they need more walls and borders?

No, I don't.
But there are people (as has always been the case) who propose partition as a response.
Both populations have large, powerful segments of society who are violently in favor of an ethnostate.

Absolutely, but I have no idea how you can divide into two anymore.
There are way too many 'facts on the ground'.

I'm inclined to agree.

But "facts on the ground" can be interpreted in many ways.
There are people on both sides who say the "facts on the ground" lead to the obvious conclusion that ethnic cleansing of the other is the only way to have peace.
We have them on this board.

As you have shown repeatedly, the one-state secular solution you favour is unpopular with everyone in the region. So what to do with the majorities who don't want to live in a multi-ethnic, secular state?

How did Rwanda get past their genocide?
Serbia?

Serbia?
Rawanda? With a lot of work, some draconian laws concerning free speech, and the ability to draw on a shared history of a unified state.
Serbia? Which one are you referring to?

Yes, I pay attention to what they say and then praise or criticize them depending on how their views compare to my moral compass. You on the other hand determine your version of right and wrong based on which side Israel is on.

You were using the wife beater's defence, trying to argue that Hamas made Israel commit genocide.
Idiocy. You're the one who's repeatedly claimed Hamas' butchery on the 7th was Israel's fault.

Now you're posting that after a genocide Palestinians don't want to live with their killers?

Sadly Palestinians leadership has refused to live alongside Jews with rights since the beginning. They incited mob violence because of Jewish immigrants since 1919. They rejected a tiny Israel in 1937. They rejected Israel in 1948 and went to war instead. They have continued to choose war over peace with Jews since then with Hamas' "progressive" document still openly rejecting the idea of living alongside Jews. They reject a One State peace and a Two State peace and like 75% of the population, desire an Arab only state.

Actual peace means compromise and accepting each other's existence but you prefer endless violence and ethnic cleansing of Jews.

Interesting idea. From what I understand, around half of Israelis are secular in the same way many Canadians are secular Christians so I suspect that many of them would be okay with a secular state as long as their security is assured. That said, I don't see getting agreement on it to be any easier since it's the religious types that get most up in arms. In Israel, the ultra-religious settlers have been growing and with the Palestinians, their power have clearly moved from marxist influenced groups like Fatah and PFLP to Islamists like Hamas and PIJ.

With the Israelis, I see hope that more centrist groups will decide to strip power from the 5-10% religious zionists but I have no idea how a group like Hamas can be bypassed.

The "facts on the ground" that matter is simply the hatred and distrust. The land is still easily dividable ; it just means giving up on your dream of eradicating the "zionists".

Olmert's offer in 2008 was a good compromise for both sides but the PA walked away without even a counterproposal and Hamas refused to even consider the possibility.

Ireland got past generations of ethnic conflict. It required the IRA to give up on evicting Protestants, the Orange to cut the amount of discrimination and incitement. Most importantly, stop blaming each other for the past (something that is very foreign for many Irish) and work together to move forward. It's a good plan.

So much racism and hate in that one sentence.

Palestine was a multicultural state before foreign colonists in the name of zionists invaded.
There were indigenous Jews along with Muslims and Christians all living there.

What they refused was to have a foreign colonial movement be given half their land and then watch them take the rest.

You mean like giving all Palestinians living there equal rights and the vote, like Ireland?
Is this you arguing for equal rights now?
