damn condo guard asked my SP for a business card, and told her that he is looking for good company! This was the first time that I saw this particular SP, so it seems he is simply treating all my female visitors as SPs.

What am I to do with this fucking clown?

How did the SP handle it?
I would speak to the management office, and complain that you were insulted by how the security guard treated your guest, or something to that effect.

Or, just let it go, if you don't want to draw attention to yourself.. which.. may be a good idea.

Maybe, it would be easier if you went downstairs to meet the SP when she's downstairs?

The guy also followed her to the elevator. He is creepy. As much as I would like to stay under the radar (considering that females who visit me for an hour are usually not my nieces), it seems like I have to do something about it.

It is none of his business who she is and what she is doing there. If there is a guard there he is to call you and ask if you were expecting a guest. So how professional is this guy if your hot niece comes to building and he asks for one of her cards. He should be fired!

I would talk to his boss and say that your neice/daughter/co-worker/interior designer/bookkeper didn't like being asked such questions.
Do not bother doing anything. let someone else do it. I worked as a condo guard once and quit because you had to write all the plate numbers down and that turned out to be too much work but my buddy guard asked a woman the same kind of stuff then one day he asked the superintendents wife. Next day he was gone

Get him fired. Immediately. His job is to work for YOU then tenant, and ensure you security, and that of your guests. He is doing the exact opposite. He should be out on his ass immediately.

Btw this is why I hate "condo life" and have always lived in a proper neighborhood. But to each his own.

If I am to talk to his boss, should I care about how the guy is going to explain to his boss that no one has so many nieces, who have different ethnic and racial background but all are young and cute, and are dropped off and picked up in an hour?

It would seem to me that the best solution is to by-pass this creep completely.

Upon your booking and confirmation with the agency/girl, instruct them to ignore the guard or anyone who might make an unwelcome and unexpected greeting.

All she has to do is smile and continue to the elevator. If the guard persists, she should simply state: "I'm just here to visit a friend of mine. I have no idea what else you might be talking about."

That should be her one and only answer.

what if the girl complains to the agency and they blacklist this address? That would be a huge inconvenience.

I agree! Not cool in my opinion....
He may have asked for a card, but did he get one. Not cool. Talk to him and tell him his actions mad eone of his guests uneasy. If he's prick, then suggest quietly you may bring to others attention. Just a thought. most concierge i've dealt with are easy people.

Then again he may think you're a gigolo and envy you. Who knows?

So what he tells his boss?
If his boss has any brains, he'll know what a incapable moron he is and reprimand him under the "You have no right to assume a girl is an escort and ask for her business card, regardless of what she looks like?" mentality. You don't have to make up a story(niece, interior designer..) or explain who she is beyond a "visitor" bc it doesnt matter who she is; he already fucked up and breached his job description.
A guard's job isn't to question her beyond general visiting info once he knows you've approved their arrival.

You don't need to care about anything. How does he or anyone know you dont really have 100 nieces? Or they are just 100 friends who are hot girls? Not their business at all! As mentioned above, his job is simply let you know when you have a visitor. Noone's business who they are and why they are visiting you. Asked for a business card? wtf!!
Very unprofessional and disrespectful on the guard's part. Real legit management would not take issues like this lightly. You are not at fault here at all, and you have every right to say something and SHOULD. This is your HOME. He works there. How can anyone feel secure knowing what kinda of half ass security they have looking after them?

This is a big deal and serious issue and you should take it as such. Every condo should have board of directors or whatever you call it, that consists of tenants in the building. Go have a talk/meeting with them and see how they feel about this guard.

No story necessary. The lady is a business associate making a delivery, having a short meeting or a tete à tete.

The girl can complain if she wants to, however it won't be about the client. It would be about someone completely removed from the appointment.

That would be putting the cart in front of the horse and that process would make no sense.

Again, discretion and delicacy are paramount and beneficial to all involved parties.

I would complain to management. Just say it was a girl you met at the bar and it was inappropriate for what he did. I'm sure he will be dealt with
