Thanks for the tip, and thanks to everybody else as well.
I have always drank milk and always done the homemade fruit shakes, but it didn't feel enough.
I tried the Whey Isolate brand that a friend offered, and I do notice a significant difference in hunger and muscle stamina through out the day (post work out day). She mentioned there were essential amino acid stuff that's suppose to be good for you on top?
For the last couple of days, I started with a cup of milk/whey and fruit blend on top of my breakfast, and I was strong all the way to lunch.
The afternoon is more of a challenge.
I have been monitor my digestion, and yes, I do notice gas which is abnormal for me and also my waste appears to be "too rich". I may have to back off a touch and blend in more carbohydrates to my diet.

Try this after your next workout, in a shaker add one scoop quality whey protein isolate, 1 tea spoon glutamine, 2 teaspoons of greens plus, a ripe banana, 2 tablespoons low fat or no fat vanilla Greek yogurt and top with cold bottled water. Use a stick blender and blend the living daylights out of it. You want everything broken down and disolved for max absorbtion. Stay away from adding milk...unless you're planning a dutch oven surprise...lol!
