Are you really that stupid???? Didnt you read my post about trespassing on the property till you are handed over the keys when completed??? Any contractor/builder could tell you that!

Secondly, he wasnt ONLY with his family spreading his disease! He was a couple of other well dressed men!

Learn to comprehend please.
You think you don't own property until a contractor is finished their work?
That up until then the property you bought isn't yours?

WACKO!!!!!

Are you really that stupid????.
Even for the politics section, you seem to be getting carried away with the insulting. It has become egregious.

Here you go:

egregious: adjective. extraordinary in some bad way; glaring; flagrant: an egregious mistake; an egregious liar.

IM getting carried away with the insults????!!!!!

I guess you need to get new glasses because its mostly YOU and YOUR friends that are doing the insulting and thread deletions.......

Have I told you that I have a weak understanding of the old english terminology? I feel like your post is kinda racist against my education level. I thought TERB was an ACCEPTING community?

Maybe you can teach me some big words over coffee sometime when this killer virus is gone??? I mean, if you're still alive after the sky falls. I would really enjoy some time well spent with you! ;)

You can only be there by appointment to do an inspection. https://www.chba.ca/CHBA/BuyingNew/The_Construction_Process.aspx

"Phase Five: From near-completion to hand-over

At this point, your builder and crew are busy completing the final touches and cleaning up. You will be asked to do a walk-through of your home with the builder. Any last-minute touch-ups will be done
. On the date of possession, you will be handed the keys–the home is now yours!"

I dont see anywhere it being YOUR home anytime before.

Can you imagine the lawsuits the builder would have to face if people got hurt walking through a home being built unsupervised?

Just the risk of people damaging homes before completion alone is enough to for builders to keep you off the premises.

Maybe you can start a home building business and invite people to walk through all they want when you arent there? Have you ever walked through a home being built that isnt yours? Would you be happy watching people walk out of the home you're building without your consent? Would you be ok with damages done to a home by people when you or your crew arent there?

So far your limit seems to be words like "stupid" and "go fuck yourself". Bigger than that?

Let's start with this word:

Racism: Racism is the belief in the natural superiority of one race over another.[1][2][3] It may mean prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism against other people because they are of a different race or ethnicity.[1][2]
Calling education level a racist issue is so wildly out of bounds of the definition of racism that it is mind boggling. Where do you come up with this nonsense?. But it does further the case about questioning your level of education.

Let me know if there are more "big words" that you need help with.

In the meantime tone down the crude insults.

Want this his house he his building? The material you posted had to do with a new house prior to closing. It is entirely different.

What has that Canadian builder to do with Cuomo?

Yeah, how dare Americans think they have a right to be on their own property (from the people who defend stand your ground laws).
Basket, watch the video of the interview with this guy on Tucker Carlson. He didn't tresspass. He was biking along a trail and took interest in large new, steel structure home under construction that was alongside the path. He saw a group of people walking the site, and to his surprise, one of them was a media personality who was supposed to be self-quarantined for Covid. Cuomo's companions confronted the guy as to what he was doing, the guy told them that he was just interested in looking at the construction, but that wasn't good enough for Fredo, who approached the guy to shoo his prying eyes away. Naturally, Cuomo's Covid infection served him well in getting the biker to back away and leave as Cuomo closed in on him.

Listen do not preach to me about the rights of an owner. The owner has every right to monitor the progress of the work in consultation with the builder / contractor.

He may have to distance himself from certain parts of the ongoing construction for his own safety that the contractor will be on the hook for. That is the only restriction to the owner.

How on earth do you know that Cuomo was not "entitled" to be on his own property and is trespassing?? Such ignorance on your behalf!!

Who on earth were these family members spreading the "disease" to, when they were on their own property?? Not sure what or who you are referring to??

You expect anyone to "comprehend" a sentence that makes zero sense??

Two things that stand out in your presumptuous brain:

How do you know that the property was not fully constructed and Cuomo was not given the go ahead signal to inspect it??

Where does it state that you are "trespassing" in your own backyard if you are just viewing the property from outside the home??
