There you go again. Nobody hates facts as much as Trump. They are really inconvenient for him.

You quite right however if you were talking about Trudeau

So new video from a Shoppe surveillance camera shows the hand cuffing. No real resistance, a touch and he looked upset. The police then walk him to the car and that is away from the camera and then too far away to see clearly how GF got onto the ground. But no resistance on the walk. Then the video we all saw starts w GF already on the ground w the officer on his neck. Thus that missing piece of video between the walk and GF on the ground is key, and likely is on the body cameras of the officers.

I was concerned about who is shouting "get in the car" (or get up or something like that....the man is being sat on - how can he get up? Maybe that was directed to someone else? It reminded me of the cop in Phoenix screaming repeatedly at a lady shoplifting suspect to put her hands in the air whilst she has an infant in her arms. I saw a cop do that to a guy in NYC once where his car died and the cop was yelling at him to move his car cuz it was blocking traffic (it wasn't cars were moving normally) and the guy is pleading that the car is dead and he's called a tow truck, cop is screaming "i dont care move it!" The guy then asks can you then push it with your vehicle? Cop says "no! you have to move it!"). It struck me as a bit over the top but I had to go so did not know how it ended... but did see a tow truck head down the street.

The way GF walked, he was clearly under influence and could be a danger to the cops and everyone around him. Yes, he didn't seem to resist in one of the video but who knows what happened when they were out of view and blocked by the cars. The fact that the cop still had his knee on GF's neck once he appears to be motionless is disturbing. Officer Bro was clearly not involved and just tried to do crowd controlling.

True. That's why the body cam shots of that time period between the two videos showing how he got on the ground is critical.

Had the misfortune of viewing this video last night.
This was an execution, plain and simple.
Moreover, it was an execution by torture while the victim was taunted. Onlookers felt powerless to intervene as the killers had weapons, uniforms, and backup.
The bastard responsible deserves death.

It was very disturbing to hear GF and the crowd pleading with police. GF because he couldn't breath properly and the crowd begging the police to check for a pulse.

I just don't get why they needed him on the ground for long. Why was he not put in the car as soon as he was cuffed.

Why did the cop need to keep his knee on GF even after he stopped moving?

And there better be some super body cam video to explain why he went from walking on his own while cuffed, to on the ground with a knee in this neck.

Ya. I have seen police use the knee on the back. Between the shoulder blades but not right on the neck
The neck bones (especially the hyoid) are some of the weakest in the body. It's not hard to break them.
This cop either wasn't trained properly or he just didn't care

They have released the body cam on one of the Minnesota Park Police (the one arrived when the others handcuffed GF at his car). It didn't contain any view of the incident at the corner when GF was restrained on the ground. He was asked by the Minnesota Police Department (different than the Park Police) to go back and guard GF's vehicle. There is a bystander video showing all 4 Minnesota Police Department officers were trying to subdue GF while he was already on the ground. Nothing conclusive and unless there are other videos, it will be the officers' words and witnesses that can be used by prosecutors . It will be tough to charge these officers in my opinion.

With 4 cops there is simply no excuse to put a knee on someones neck, and even after, there is no excuse for not checking for pulse and doing CPR (which they are trained to do) when the person loses consiousness. All in all a host of charges coming down the pipe for these scumbags.

The video is pretty damning. Whether the cops say that GF was high and acted oddly isn't going to play when he's on the ground, cuffed and with 4 officers all over him and 1 killing him with a knee on his neck.

This looks like a slam dunk "excessive force death" manslaughter conviction.

Considering that he's a sadist and psychopath, the odds heavily favor this cop being a shade of liberal.
You're pretty frisky and full of beans this morning, Smallcock!

Get a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast?

The Cops should be arrested, I don't think they were arrested. The knee cop charged with murder and given life or executed.

They will charge all of them or the US will go into civil war. Can you go from non pre meditated to pre meditative because he didn't release the knee hold? He didn't plan to kill him that day but he never stopped either?

Minneapolis Man: Cop Who Kneeled on George Floyd ‘Tried to Kill Me’ in 2008

In 2008, Derek Chauvin barged into Ira Toles’ home while responding to a domestic-violence call and shot him at close range, leaving him with a permanent hole in his stomach.

Ira Latrell Toles didn’t immediately recognize Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin in the now-viral video of him holding his knee on George Floyd’s neck as the handcuffed black man repeatedly told him he couldn’t breathe.

But when news outlets identified the officers involved, Toles, 33, realized the man responsible for Floyd’s death was the same police officer who barged into his home and beat him up in the bathroom before shooting him in the stomach 12 years earlier while responding to a domestic violence call.

“The officer that killed that guy might be the one that shot me,” Toles texted his sister on Tuesday night, according to messages shared with The Daily Beast. “They said his last name and I think it was him.”

“It’s him,” his sister instantly replied.

Alleged now that Chauvin beat and tried to kill another black man previously, blowing a hole in the guy's gut w a shotgun!
