Hi all,

I took my first cialis 7 years ago and remember having that throbbing erection. It was great... fast forward to now and having taken it probably once or twice a month, I noticed that it barely helps anymore... this is at 20mg.

im assuming this is somewhat of a normal reaction to a drug that’s being used over time. But I wanted to see if anyone has any tips to help “reset” things so it works better again. I recall reading a bit about shockwave therapy and it’s possibilities of helping with cialis. Likewise, I also recall reading about certain foods/herbal medication that may help with making cialis effective again.

thanks in advance!

A friend of mine takes his cialis but also takes 50 mg of viagara about 45 minutes before the main event. Says that works for him. I'm thinking maybe start with 25 mg just to be safe.

Shockwave if I remember is about 6 treatments at a cost of 2k. When I talked to a urologist about it about 5 years ago he was convinced of it's effectiveness. But don't know anybody who has had it done personally.

There also seems to be a correlation between erectile dysfunction and coronary heart disease.

Viagra gives me such a sinus headache that anything else is ruined. Works great but its not worth the side affects.

It could be that over time whatever gave you ED has also gotten worse.

Maybe try alternating between Viagara and Cialis on a monthly basis

After my 3rd go round with chemo treatments
I had severe ED
I went to Fullmast for the shockwave therapy
10 treatments but is expensive..3k..and it feels like intermittent pissing on an electric fence..LOL
Maybe its time to think about it

I don't think that would work for me, even if it was cheaper. lol. But, you learn to live with things. I've had one or two providers be a bit put off (take it personally) but most have been very understanding and accommodating.

So I got a phone call from an old buddy of mine from Montreal, just catching up and shooting the poop.

The conversation naturally got around to our old dicks, and I was lamenting that mine is well past its "best before " date.

He told me that he uses penis injections, and they work great. It's like he was 20 instead of 70.

I googled the subject and came across an injectable drug called Trimex or Trimix, which is apparently available from a pharmacy in Richmond Hill. It is a "compound" drug so not all pharmacies can provide it. Also you need a doctor's prescription, and it's not to be combined with ED pills.

He says he injects a few ml into the shaft 5 or 10 minutes before sex, and gets hard for an hour or so.

Does anybody here have any experience with this?

Been there, done that. I know the cause thanks.
What is the cause if you don’t mind me asking? Usually root cause is inflammation. I’ve worked with a few guys and got them going again. It takes longer than just popping a pill but it’s natural. Look into improving your sleep, cutting out your inflammatory food triggers, and get moving more. One guy went on a carnivore diet & started lifting weights and said within 3-4 weeks, he was horny 24/7 and didn’t need pills. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
