Just because the witnesses were not physically present at that time, does not mean that the rape did not occur.

But tell us why Trump is denying that even the sexual abuse / assault ever occurred in the first place? Do you believe him or Carroll in this instance?

It's interesting and it's probably allowed in a civil complaint. It's still not direct evidence. We can't change that.

To say Trump is a political pariah in Manhattan is an understatement. It makes second hand accounts against him twenty-seven years later virtually spurious.

What you have to wrap your brain around is not only is the majority of the American public tired of these claims decades later, the TERB body said the same. We can't change that.

PS- I'm sorry you have to watch the post-debate Biden slow motion train wreck, but that is after all within the topic of this thread. We can't change that.

Now we all know that the debate was a howler for Biden. We all have admitted so, even though Trump's blatant lies were in full display. This is a separate argument!!

Once again you are just making excuses for what Trump did to Carroll, although even the Hollywood tapes seem to corroborate that evidence about how he has the Divine right to grab them by their P*****s!! Only his base of cult followers do think that he is innocent of such allegations and actual lost court cases including the 34 more recent charges relating to the hush money etc.
Nothing spurious of those charges when there were almost went women who have come up with allegations from the past when there was a certain stigma to disclose or report such actions against them!!
