I am referring to regular policies such as deficit, debt, immigration etc.,
I don't consider fascist "policies" to be policies in the strictest sense even if they are in the mandate of the party contesting.
Policy needs to be debatable.
Fascism is to be shunned. Not debated.
But of course you want to just engage in mental gymnastics and play word games.
Hence why your glorified sloganeer lost his own seat as Canadians saw right through it.
haha you fell on your face and now are tap dancing around your own bullshit.

You really don't know what you're talking about do you? You just make shit up as you go along hoping no one will notice how ignorant you are. Then when someone calls out your bullshit, you call them liars to distract from your failure.

That's how easy it is to prove how out of touch with reality you are. I just give you an opportunity and you prove it yourself.

"regular policies" WTF?!? hahaha I'd like to see some "irregular policies" please. Lol!

I have no reason to be desperate.
My side won. Yours lost.
You are grasping at straws as usual.
And I had to edit to make it more accurate, factual and impactful.
Then why do you feel the need to edit other's posts? That's desperate.

Only cowards do that.

Yes, which you did.
You said liberals stole conservative platform ideas.
I showed you that they did not and proved you lied.
You didn't prove anything. I said liberals stole conservative ideas and I was right.

All you did was call me a liar to distract from your failure because your brainwashing won't let you accept reality.

You owe me an apology.

"regular policies" WTF?!? hahaha I'd like to see some "irregular policies" please. Lol!
As I said you just want to play word games.
Mass deportations, for example are not regular acceptable policy positions.
They are fascist and racist in nature.
Immigration reform however is a regular policy that you can debate.
I care that the country doesn't backslide and end up adopting the former like the US has.
The latter can be discussed later.
This is quite clear to most honest debaters but to mental gymnasts like you.
And you saw the results of it in this election when your leader lost his own seat after all the sloganeering. lmfao.
Keep playing this game if you like, but be prepared for a 5th liberal term.

You didn't prove anything.
I did.
I showed you how Trudeau adopted the immigration policy in 2024, way before Carney became candidate and way before the conservative platform was ever released.
Infact the conservative platform as I mentioned was released 3 or 4 days before the election in 2025, and almost a week after the liberal platform was released.
So yes, you lied.
You owe me an apology for asking for an unjustified apology and for putting me through your mental gymnastics.

You seem to think everything is running smoothly in the USA. It's not. He is even having trouble getting votes for his reconciliation bill right now. You also seem to think Trump can just manifest his will. He can't.
wrong, i never said everything is running smoothly for Trump
his reconciliation bill is for the continuation of tax cuts which will require a much faster reform of medicare (ie proof of US citizenship) to get passed. a reasonable push back by congress
this is independent of tariffs

He has a few framework agreements to continue talking. Is accepting bribes while meddling in the middle east. Has dropped tariffs to China because he had no choice.
there are still US tariffs on Chinese imports >> 30%
China tariffs on US imports >> 10%
but you say China is winning ??

Trump, in response to a reporter at the White House on Monday, said tariffs would "go up substantially higher," though not to 145 per cent, if a comprehensive deal isn't reached within 90 days. He expressed confidence a deal would be struck in that timeframe.

Trump said the reduced tariff rates didn't apply to tariffs on autos, steel and aluminum or the potentially upcoming import taxes on pharmaceutical drugs.

The American people are about to see further price rises. We will only see it on American made products. We are fine.
there are
=
  • 25% tariff on all imports that don't comply with the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). ...including Canadian steel and aluminum
  • 10% tariff is applied to non-CUSMA compliant potash and energy products.
Retaliatory tariffs on some U.S. goods remain, including on food items

no we are not going to be fine
we are going to see both inflation and unemployment increase

Trump is steadily losing ground. He tried this shock and awe thing, but that only works if everyone panics. Guess what, no one is.
that is just your wishful thinking, however certainly a foolish strategy to follow

I'll call out Ford any day and I have a track record of doing so on here. He's been a terrible Premier. The books are a mess. Healthcare is getting worse by the day. I guess that's what happens when you take away $1B in license plate registration fee revenue.
$1 billion for licenses.
$2.2 billion for the foreign spa at Ontario Place
$1 billion in lost sales to the LCBO, where he won't let the LCBO sell american booze but lets corner stores.
$1.4 billion for moving Ontario Place so he can give it to his developer donors.

I'm not the one playing word games. You are just confused due to brainwashing.
The "mass deportations" you have been conditioned into believing is a myth and more liberal talking points.
The Liberals under Trudeau did not want to debate immigration reform. They just demonized people for criticizing them.
Until of course they decided to implement immigration reform because they were going to lose the election. Then to them it was ok.
That is the party you support and that has brainwashed you.

btw you do know that Obama deported way more people than any other president right? So by your measure he was a fascist and racist right? please explain your hypocrisy here.

And just to keep reminding you of the depth of your brainwashing...

I literally said why in my reply.
Why would you edit someone else's post with what you believe is based on your own opinion? It's their post, not yours.
You can create your own post in response to their post. That's how discussion boards work. But you decided you would change what they had said.

Only cowards do that.

You should apologize to them for doing that.

The Conservatives have been pushing for immigration reform for years, not just a few days before the election. Nice try but you're not good at recovering from ignorant remarks.

Give it up.

I already proved you have zero integrity and have no idea what you're talking about. You just troll when cornered and call people liars and say they are playing word games when it's you that's doing that.

You lost this one.

Yes, because Trump saying he will initiate the biggest mass deportation in history is a myth.
You seem discombobulated from all the face planting after failed mental gymnastics. lmfao.

You don't get it. He needs the tariff revenue to pass the tax cuts. The deficit hawks are already saying he isn't there.

The Medicare cuts are getting huge pushback. And in many places it's GOP districts with the highest users of it. So ID is not going to come close.

The Conservatives have been pushing for immigration reform for years...
So have the liberals.
They reformed the immigration system from the Harper years and reformed it again last year.
You straight up lied that the liberals stole conservative platform ideas when the conservatives did not even publish their platform until 3 days before the election. lmfao.
Your mental gymnastics is at another level today.

You didn't read their 57 page policy paper on the website, did you? It was all there.
