--- I believe Jays pitchers haven't issued a walk in 18 consecutive innings.
--- 41000+ on Friday, 42000+ on Saturday. Nice!!!
-- Lauer is the new Francis.
--- Francis was the new Manoah(last year).

Lauer has better mechanics than Francis and Manoah.

Yankees fan becomes Jays convert. What he expresses at the beginning of the video is was Leafs fans endure perennially. This is refreshing lol.

He drinks Crown Royal...just like Mickey Mantle.

Very good start to post all star break. Guys are playing confident. Let's hope that continues vs. New York.

The Blue Jays are playing excellent baseball. They have the third best record in baseball. They have the best team batting average in the major leagues. They are accomplishing this without the Sandman who was their main off season signing. They have Alex Manoah hopefully coming back in late August which could be a big help down the stretch. My question is this: Did Shatkins just get lucky, or are these two much smarter than we thought? I await the learned thoughts of the more knowledgeable students of baseball. Phillip???

Are the Yankees going to get the scopa again?

Yankees fan is refreshing. Even when he's not hitting, is there another catcher who manages pitchers better than El Capitan.

---does Sherzer ever stop talking?
---I've never seen the Yankees play defence this poorly in the over 50 years I've been watching baseball. I couldn't help but wonder "what if Billy Martin was the manager?".
---It's the bottom of the 7th and the Yanks have more errors(4) than hits(3).
---tonight marks the 7th home game in a row in which the Jays drew over 40,000. Good work Jays fans.
---the Jays won tonight, which means they won the season series against the Yanks, which means we own the tie breaker in case we are tied with them at the end of the year.

Really enjoying Jays these days. Like the fact that all players are executing the fundamentals so well and the defense has been superb. More homeruns and more relief depth might me needed to continue winning at this rate down the stretch but great to see so many players contributing. The versatility of players like Clement and Barger is impressive.

Winning will have that effect.

Absolutely. What is particularly impressing me is their base running. They are being aggressive and opportunistic without making any mistakes.

The Yankees gift-wrapped last night game, so many errors. The Jays out hit and out hustled them. Most of all the Yankees don't have a Jorge Posada behind the plate, nobody manages pitchers better than El Capitan Kirk.

This is one Yankee I find difficult to hate...Bellinger fuck off.

We have a better record than the Dodgers 61-42 vs. 60-43

Trade deadline coming up in 6 days. The rumblings have the Jays going after pitcher Merrill Kelly from the Diamondbacks. I approve of that move if the price is reasonable.
