Baltimore has had episodes this year where they looked a bit competitive. They are 59-56 with their new manager. Their ace, Trevor Rogers, starts tomorrow against the Yanks, so maybe there's hope they will push the Yanks. Couldn't be worse than the White Sox.

this will be tha last Jay game on CRApplet, they cancelled their contract with MLB at the end this regular season
I know thanks but hate to miss tonight's game. I won't be surprised if a similar exclusive deal is signed with someone else in the future. Major sports league are trending that way

Well, this reply is a little too late, but Apple TV has a 7 day free trial.

How many other guys here signed up for Apple TV to watch tonight's game?

Don't forget to cancel the subscription!!!

The magic number drops to 2. *Cough*man, as usual, caused my blood pressure to spike - it wasn't a pretty way to close out the game, but the Jays got the win.

Yankees beat the O's.

Go Blue Jays get that first round bye.
I don't think it matters

we have no true ace starter or reliever when other clubs have 2 of each

vlad is not clutch and Bo is out and they brought in Santander who just strikes out and makes our Jays a weaker hitting club which makes no sense
WTF you think he is all of a sudden hit homers when has shown he is not ready

against the quality pitching we will not win and that is what you face in the playoffs

it will be another quick exit

next year no Bo as well as other pieces gone but we still got Vlad with the contract of a mega star when he is not one

we won tonight so magic number is 2 as we win in a tie
so if we win one and yanks lose one or if yanks lose 2 or we win 2

for the yanks the magic number is three

i think i got that right and baltimore is a better club than tampa so we might win division

Reason Vlad aint hitting is bo is not in lineup so they pitch around vlad

it is no coincidence we stopped scoring when bo went out

springer and bo are our two offence engines with varsho number 3 then vlad
varsho would be our mvp if he wasnt injured as he would easily be our homerun king with all star defense
which is a rare combo

so we gotta win division and pray bo and bassitt get back heathy and i give up on berrios

then it may be fun to watch as we play small ball well with some power esp if bo forces them to pitch to vlad

our defense is better wth bo out as jiminez was making great plays that bo cant do
we got a very good defensive team

jiminez got a great arm but was throwing wild to first base as that is not his position but vlad was saving him

so if Bo comes back it may be as DH but then springer gotta play so no more SANTander

think of that improvement - we would be replacing one of the worse hitters in the game with one of the best

There is no way a betting man with a conscience, would put money on the Jays.
Bieber back to back Homer's again
Hoffman need i say anything.
Max Scherzer. Very unpredictable.

Go blue Jays, wanna see the team go deep, in the playoffs.

My prediction , whoever plays Boston in the wildcard ,yankees/Jays, will lose because of pitching rotation ,trying to get that first round bye.

Manoah is done as an MLB'er. He doesn't have the mindset to be a successful pro ball player.
Nice scheduling by the league eh? Jays get Boston and TB to end the season while the Yanks get the White Sox and Orioles.
Nevertheless, the Jays have control of their destiny. Just win. They are at home where they thrive much better.

To be fair to the schedulers, 7 of the last 10 Yanks games were against the Orioles, and the Orioles were expected to be a team that could possibly win 90 games.

Everything went bad for the Orioles this year.

Down to the last game tomorrow! Doesn't get anymore exciting and nerve racking than this.
Vladdy looks totally fucking lost! Don't know why he hasn't figured out his swing by now, in this day and age, all kinds of video of himself to watch to see what he's doing wrong.

As for Manoah the Jays had to pay him at least $2.5 million next year in arbitration.
It might seem cheap but the team still has a budget and if they see no future for him in Toronto why pay it.

Maybe Vladdy is mentally distracted thinking about how he's going to spend all that money from his super-sized contract extension. I, for one, am not very impressed with him lately.

If you're going to be paid the big money, you better deliver consistently.
