I've heard the East Wing is the least historical and contains generic office space. Not the Oval Office of course. Hence the reverence of the West Wing and the Oval Office. You also get into the fact that many Presidents have modified the White House.

We again can categorize this one as I don't like Trump so everything he does is terrible. ;)

We know twenty years from now Democratic Presidents will be proudly entertaining foreign dignitaries in the Trump Ballroom.
I think it will get renamed pretty quickly.

That's an opinion.

I myself never leave my house without identification.
And I like most Americans have our Social Security number committed to memory.

Now do people get caught up unjustly in law enforcement efforts on many legal matters.......of course they do.
However, we don't stop law enforcement altogether because mistakes are made.
I think zip tying toddlers in the middle of the night, nearly naked, and holding them away from their parents while they sort out legal and illegals dragged from their homes is not a "mistake". But a quite deliberate message.

Why do people with anarchist leanings on the internet need leaders? It's like asking where do they hold their meetings.

With the internet, they can band together and disband quickly and fluidly. Many times it's peaceful and sometimes it gets out of hand.

So then anyone acting up, just call them Antifa? How convenient. At least we can point to the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and other far-right neo-Nazi organizations who actually have membership lists, uniforms, and active recruitment channels. They organize, march, attack, and then brag about it online.

Meanwhile, “Antifa” isn’t an organization; it’s a loose ideology opposing fascism. No headquarters. No dues. No leader. It’s as organized as jazz—chaotic but with purpose. Yet because Trump and right-wing media needed a convenient boogeyman, suddenly every protester, barista, and college kid with a hoodie became “Antifa.”

And it’s the same playbook Trump used when he called the media “the enemy of the people,” and the right-wing crowd ran with it like it was gospel. Demonize the press, discredit dissent, and suddenly you control the narrative. It’s lazy politics wrapped in fear marketing, and the base eats it up like popcorn at a rally.

Curious if any righties jump in to defend their right to gather and train. Hmmmmmm
What exactly is there to defend? Either they have that right, or they don't.

The community centre in the video said they wouldn’t have allowed the event if they knew who was involved. Clearly, they are allowed to gather and train, it’s the hate rhetoric that the leader of the group is spreading that’s the issue.

It shouldn't be. It is a great sport.
But unfortunately MMA has been hijacked for far right causes primarily because of UFC going full MAGA.
Fascists tend to be very focused on health, strength, power, and the ideal human form. These were dominant themes in Nazi art and ideology back in the 30’s; they similarly show up in MAGA culture today (eg pics of Trump being totally jacked and wearing a super man cape).

MMA culture has many similar themes; it is a magnet for neo-Nazis.

Its a bit like the response to The Boys, it got cheers from the right at first and it took a couple of seasons to understand the criticism of hero worship and fascism.
The odder thing here is that trump is more the senile old man than action hero.

Like what ICE is doing? Do you approve of their tactics?
Obviously, anyone can find fault in degrees.

I don't think you can allow migrants to believe that getting into the country essentially guarantees you a ticket. There has to be a deterrence to staying in the U.S. illegally. Another liberal President can again take the political opportunity to open the border and flood the country. Rinse, repeat.

ICE's efforts would be so much easier if states and cities cooperated.

No, but migrants should rightfully believe, that they will be granted due process (that applies to citizens and non-citizens alike), even if they are caught doing so.

It's political rhetoric. Just like all the over-dramatization of Nazis from the Left.

The news media needs to fill up 24 hours seven days whether it be CNN, MSNBC or Fox News.
Do yourself a favor. Turn them off. It will make you go blind.

I see,

So this is all just news filler

ps....note, this is not FOX FAKE NEWS, CNN or MSNBC.

Should we listen to music stations so we don't have to witness your favorite Prez rip a country apart while he lines his family's pockets?

*Any pretzeling will not be judged, but saved for future study and research.

This clip may be of interest to you. I don't get why MAGA isn't taking to Kash and Vivek.

That's a milquetoast reply.

Seriously, do you think they should be ziptying kids in the middle of the night? Pulling parents out of school pick up lines and leaving the kids behind?

Pepperballing priests, and pepperspraying dudes in inflatable costumes?
