Does it matter when you call an agency whether a male or a female answers? I recently started answering our phone (due to a serious problem with some rude hobbiest) and all of a sudden many men have the wrong number or hang up. I answer polite but they sound starteled(sp) and nervous.

I think you missed the point he was trying to make. These 4 men could have been doing something more important for the community other than raiding weed houses. I would expect this kind of outcome if the were raiding a terrorist group or a crime more affiliated with violence.

That's an awful trade off, 4 men die over some weed that probably wouldn't have put the suspect in jail for a very long time.
