Are people running out of money?

I just saw an Asian service provider, and she told me that things are very slow compared to last year. Apparently, she said, people are running out of money and can’t afford to hobby.

How are people doing financially? I am doing OK, since the stock market is up a lot however, I think most people are not fully invested.

Another angle I very much believe, is that very much like anything else - the cost has increased while quality decreased! I have seen many mentions of this in posts and DM's - so the "absolute" calculation in tougher because of the money aspect, but the "relative" calculation is also tougher because of the quality!

I have started using agencies regularly only this year, and booked with independents for about 2 years before that but not frequently at all. So beginning of this year was so "excited" - wow so many choices, appointment can be set up in less than 15 mins by text, etc. Now doing research a lot more / "calculating" a lot more / reduced the max cut-off rate I am even willing to pay twice already $50 each time / and so on.

At 50, I finally got to that point. Own a house in Edmonton, with a large amout in investements. However, it took A LOT to get here. I was working the lowest paying and worst jobs

A few things. Quality in service providers is down across the board. Even the remaining stunners have responded by becoming more restrictive, colder, and mechanical while roughly maintaining the same price point.

Second, I suspect a lot of the boom in the industry were johns using their house as an ATM while prices rocketed every year. So, it’s generally a mix of hard economic realities converging with congestion that is getting obscene even by historic Toronto standards.

I usually order when they have those 30-50% off deals and am really craving something but am too tired or sick to go out or make it myself. It’s totally worth it then, but otherwise no.

One would think as the real economy becomes increasingly untenable for the median person, more attractive young girls would consider the good and consistent money they could make from this. But, rather the opposite is happening. And it’s not just this, btw. Conventional porn has no major stunners anymore. There’s simply no girl on the level of say Samantha Saint who entered the industry in the past 5 years. Sex work and porn appear to be dying.
