You missed the best part of the last entry that comes right after the part you quoted.

The only people I think I could give insight to are the clients. And all I can say is this: we don’t love you. We barely like you. Seeing an escort doesn’t make you a bad guy, but it doesn’t make you good, either. I don’t feel bad about what I did. I would do it again if I had to. I know that. I’m sorry you’re all so sad.

I won’t tell you that money doesn’t buy happiness. Of course it can. There are many paths to finding your meaning in this world and you can only sleep with so many 20-year-olds before you realize you’re kidding yourself.
And some more good stuff

I’ll blow the lid off of this for all of the civilians out there: most escorts have boyfriends. If you hire one, whatever she tells you, 90% of the time she has someone waiting for her at home, probably someone nicer, better adjusted and better looking than you. Sorry. Most women (and men) in the sex industry have boyfriends. Most of them, in my experience, are cool with it. A highly evolved version of human being does exist and Conor is one of them. It’s hard to imagine yourself as one of these people if you aren’t one already. Sometimes, it’s hard to imagine being someone, and then you’ll wake up one day and be that person, whether it’s an escort or the man who loves one.

I try to put myself in the position of men a lot. I’ve learned so much about them in my job. I wonder if I’d be the kind of man who could date an escort. I’d like to think I’d be as cool as Conor is. Maybe there’s something heartening about getting something for free other men pay dearly for. There was never any moment of hesitation. When I paid off the first credit card I owed on, all of the old, hairy fat men I had slept with instead of him melted away. I was happy in my life for the first time in a long time.

I left it out because that part of the quote didn't seem as much like a reflection on the question the call asked, but you're right that the sentiment is similar.

The law of sexual supply and demand, which always leaves men as beggars and women as somehow more evolved, means that there will always be escorts that need to let us all know they're, ah, literate. Better than us.

Fuck off.

A similar blog from a former Calgary escort, with much (much) poorer languages skills. Very easy to read though, and immensely compelling.

ps. you have to start reading from the bottom. The first blog on the site is actually the last blog, if ya follow.

More gems

While I love hobbyists and attempt to make some of them regular clientele and realize that a majority of my business will come from their stellar reviews, they are, as a group, fairly reprehensible.
When it comes to my clients, the old, lonely, medium-income traveling business man stereotype is, I’m afraid, true. They are often exceedingly physically unattractive. They are often so uninteresting or socially inept, conversation can border on the physically painful.
People think dealing with desire is the hard part of the job, but they’re wrong. Sex is the easy part. Interacting with someone’s lizard brain is the easiest thing there is. When the higher thinking stops and instincts kick in, that’s my vacation.

It’s another person’s loneliness, that’s what gets to you, burrows inside your head and taints the tolerable time you spend together, knowing that when you leave that apartment, the next guest he’ll have will likely be you, again, next week, nobody tells you about that mental part of it.

His enthusiasm and downright baffling coital skills were typical of a call like this. He wanted to please me so badly. Why do guys always ask what I want anyway? Is it some kind of deeply ingrained romanticism originating at the genetic level? Is it the desire to pretend I’m here entirely willingly? Or do they just forget? They forget that when they ask me what I want, the truth I say in my head is, “Your money and a good night’s sleep." The words that come out of my mouth are deferent, pleasant, and somewhat mischievous. That’s the kind of woman they want.
The holidays are a very hit and miss time in the game. My time is not cheap and sometimes my clients’ resources need to be directed elsewhere. If they put a diamond under the tree, their wives ask fewer questions about their late nights at the office the other eleven months of the year.

On the one hand, salesmen and account execs stop traveling, due to unused lieu time and depleted travel budgets. On the other hand, the financial bigshots and stoke wizards are all receiving their stomach turning bonuses. My bread and butter however stays constant throughout the year. I get the lonely guys, men who, because of either their looks or personality have repulsed all potential eligible women and have resigned themselves to a life of solitary company punctuated by the weekly escort. They construct their bizarre lifestyles around comfort above all else, rarely keeping up pretenses of normalcy. They live for years in one bedroom condos or apartments that look like they’ve moved in the previous weekend. They’re usually what we call, “New Canadians,” who have slowly realized Western women are more complicated than what they might be used to. These are my guys. There are more of them than you could imagine.

I don’t look down on them, but I don’t feel sorry for them either. Relating to women is difficult, and make no mistake, it’s easier if you’re rich or attractive. But it also doesn’t take a Herculean effort. The way to be loved is to be lovable. Don’t have high standards, punch your weight and treat people the way you want to be treated. They’re all clichés because they’re all useful in their own ways.

I love it. So candid. If any of those words surprise you, it just means that you live in a bubble. It's refreshing to read honesty of the kind you don't often get directly from women.

Let me take this opportunity to big myself up. I must be a breathe of fresh air to working hoes with respect to the simplicity of my desires. I don't care to eat every SP out to make her cum (she can save her acting for the next client), I'm not looking for fake paid love or romance, I keep the convos short and focus on the action for my raw enjoyment. I don't pretend to be shit - I'm just a guy paying her to get me off, and then I'm out. No attachment, no emotion.

The Bianca Blog ??

Well first off thanks to Wetnose for drawing attention to the Blog?? I guess like most who have commented, It does not read like a blog persay... It sounds more like a well crafted auto biography based in some form of reality... The sad part to me is if that is the true reality for these girls and this one in particular I'm not sure
how one could do it physically or mentally.. My hope is that not all the girls are as jaded as Bianca is/was... My further hope as idealistic as it may be... for the girls
that I believed there was some form of human connection with... These were not academy award winning performances and that there was truth in the connection at some level at least...

Bianca or who ever is writing needs to be writing there is a level of talent there... Good luck to her

I think this chick is desperately trying to reconcile fucking for money with the "adventurous" lifestyle she really wants to live. There's quite a few chicks out there like this. You know the ones, they want to be referred to as "courtesans" and they think they're better than strippers, who think they're better than MPA's, who think they're better than streetwalkers, etc., etc., etc.

I don't care how open minded you are, a relationship where your boyfriend knows you fuck strangers for money but is okay with it is not "normal".

Normal is when people behave rationally. A guy who is cheating will lie to his partner to protect herself and himself. That's rational.

A guy who knows his girl is having sex with other men for money and is ok with it is not that rational.

BTW do you screen your clients to make sure they're not married/not lying to their wives?

I didn't think so. I'm not sure you're in any position to take the high ground.
I'm not judging anyone. I was merely pointing out the irony of passing judgement on what is "normal" on a board populated by a large number of men who cheat on their SO and by men and women who engage in activities that most "normal" people consider wrong/perverted/abnormal/etc.

I agree, it's strange. The boyfriends of escorts usually fall into two categories. 1) They're the submissive/cuckold type that actually have a fetish knowing their girl has sex with other men 2) They're essentially pimps that have many "girlfriends" (whether she knows it or not) and are happy to keep her around to pay all the bills and more.

You won't find many normal men (9 to 5 nor financially wealthy) accepting of their girlfriend fucking other guys. It's the antithesis of normal manhood.

But what is so obviously strange to most of us often seems normal to SPs because so many of them live in an upside-down world.

For example, if many of us made the kind of money SPs do, we'd save, invest, and live in relative prosperity. Yet this common sense approach is so alien to many SPs that after hooking for a full decade, they don't have a single dollar to show for it. Many of those forgettable older female cashiers working at Walmart or serving up your Starbucks coffee were once beautiful young strippers and escorts living the fast life.

Very few men would ever be okay with their wives/S.O. as a hooker. Many, many men think it's perfectly "normal" to pay for sex behind their wives/S.O's back or with her less-than-tacit approval. One is every day in the big city, and the other one is a very exceptional situation.

The larger point is that many women who operate as "service providers" seem very quick to position themselves as superior to the men they "fuck", starting blogs and telling lots of people just how fucked up and desperate men are. I think it's very shaky ground. In this woman's case, she is a gifted writer, so that's a relief, but the superiority in her prose is tiresome.

I just think it's hilarious that you use the word "cheat" describing the very men you take money from. Tsk tsk boys, but where's my envelop, I have bills to pay! My blowjob's better than your wife's? Of course it is. It's off to the bank we go!

Morality is risky business.

I should also point out that as much as I have sympathy for the great work hookers do, and I really do mean that, I have equal sympathy for men, lonely and perhaps unattractive, who must pay for something that women get for free (or get "paid" to do in every single imaginable form) and often do it with great anguish outside of their primary relationship. If women who live on high moral turf spent a day with a dick, all the finger waving would turn into compassion for how very decent men fall victim to their desires. It's especially annoying when hookers are the ones wagging the finger, never mind all the Pleasantville wives raised on bullshit ideas of monogamy and "commitment".
