@Phil C. McNasty don't be naive. This isn't an altruistic USA. They aren't white hats. They have an agenda. It's okay to acknowledge that and say you prefer theirs to Iran's. But don't make this a good v evil thing. That just isn't the reality.
I never said the USA or Israel are saints, but for me they are the lesser evil

Why is there such sympathy for Iran? Imagine we were ruled over here by Hamas and IRGC. Holy fuck, some here would love it. In the butt, no lube.

Imagine what it would be like if one dinky nation in the Middle East was
not recreated two milleniums after its fall in the post WWII years. You wouldn't
likely have to be bothered by Hamas and IRGC. Since what happened in
history cannot be reversed the right thing to do today is not to stick your
nose into conflicts in a region 10,000 km away. That way terorrists will be
content to confine fighting each other in the parts of their world. I don't
see why they would want to hop on a plane, fly over here to conquer and rule us.

Jeez guys. Are there no positive, hopeful comments regarding this development?

At this point I'm the only guy here who even gave it a "like"...
Terb's far Lefties are actually hoping Trump starts WW3, that way they can point their finger at him and Israel

Tell me something, if Iran was really using that uranium for peaceful purposes, then why the hell did they find the need to bury the facility 250 feet into the ground??
I can't be sure, but I would speculate that they knew that it would always be a target given their history with U.S. and Israel ever since the revolution.
What I do know is that while the nuclear deal with Obama was in place, Iran who is a signatory to the NPT played by the rules, allowing inspectors in, and still do.
Somebody tore up that deal.
Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, stated Iran was not close to developing the capability, not pursuing nuclear capabilities.
Somebody made her change her tune in the last couple of days,
Director General of IAEA Rafaele Grossi, stated "very clearly" in their last report, that in spite of Iran not being fully transparent,
"...we did not find, in Iran, any elements to indicate that there is an active, systematic plan to build a nuclear weapon."
"...we are constantly there inspecting all of these facilities so we know what is going on there."

He also said everyone in the Middle East should be signatories to the NPT and he's not neutral on that.

Under normal circumstances it would be positive.
Deals with U.S. or Israel are like sandcastles by the ocean, good chance they'll be gone by the morning.

What has Israel won if the underground nuclear site bombed turns
out to be intact?
The message is clear...you develop Nukes, you get bombed... will it stop Iran from developing Nukes. I don't think so...but it gives them the perspetctive, Does Iran really want to get more bunker busters for Nukes? The next set of leaders and advisors for the Ayatollah have one leg on the grave... you may cheer and want Iran to really go for that Nuke...the players who are actually playing the game might not...the citizens might not want more bombs to drop in Iran... A regime change might now be on the table for the citizens... in the end there will be no winners...only survival.Iran isn't going anywhere even when israel had Nukes for decades now... Israel on the other hand might be at risk once Iran get's it's nukes... that must be your wet dream.
