More likely the former as the black outline of the bullet is a shadow artifact resulting from the divergent source of the xrays finally reaching the sensing plate (film).
There is also no evidence of the catastrophic ribcage damage nor any wound path. Getting hit with a 7.62mm bullet would have left gross trauma clearly visible on this xray.
And what mother holds a 15 year old in her arms? Possible, but more likely just more emotion inducing manufactured propaganda.

Iran will continue their uranium enrichment program and the US B2 bombing is a setback but not a victory as China and Russia will backstop Iran as America will backstop Israel.
Iran has moved a large amount of their enriched uranium already as they had ample warning.
This situation has many moving parts and infinite lethal outcomes for many.
As I said the only thing that would work is an invasion of Iran and regime change the way they did it with Saddam in Iraq.
But after talking about cutting spending and not starting wars, a promise which Trump has already broken, Trump isn't going to dig himself deeper by spending trillions invading Iran at the behest of Israel.
