Breast Implants vs. Natural Breasts

I think the reasons women undergo implants is more for their own self-confidence than anything else. Self-confidence is extremely important in one's ability to be happy with one's self.

As for the general male population, however, I've yet to see anyone seek out man-mades. More often than not, and I'm included in this crowd, man-mades are a general turn-off and, for me, are the reasons that I generally won't book or repeat with an SP, preferring the all-naturals instead. On occasion, I will try it out but each and every time the feel of those man-made breasts bring the pleasure of the overall session down a notch. Then again, so do saggy all-natural breasts which have no shape and have lost their battle with gravity. But if I had to choose between the two, I'd still go with the all-naturals.

Any other natural lovers out there avoid SP's with fake boobs like I do????.
I do too. I like natural and avoid any SP with fake tits. But if Barbara goes for it, I would probably see her again for the her good service that I am sure will overcompensate the fakeness of her boobs.

Anywhere you want
The important thing is that you feel comfortable. Odds are that more people will see you with your clothes on than off (maybe). So go with what you think works. If you have a hard time finding clothes, or if it just keeps pissing you off, then do it. If you are happy than don't.

years ago, I definately would have said an emphatic no to implants. My first encounter with them was with a woman I was dating, and hers were rock-hard. Not a good experience. Silicone just didn't cut it. But some of the new implants, as long as you don't try to get them too big and pay the extra $$ for the "under the muscle" implantation method - the results today can be very very pleasing results - both to the eye and to the touch.

Just look carefully at loss of nipple sensation - I'm not sure if there's any way to guarantee that you don't lose it.

Last week, I encountered my first set of implants. My God, they were magnificent. Utterly stunning to look at - quite possibly the most gorgeous breasts I have ever seen. (Now, being that they were my first set, I couldn't tell by looking at them that they weren't real). And then I felt them. They were firm - not hard, but definitely firm. And I knew instantly that they were fake. And my first reaction was "I'm afraid to touch these things because I don't want to hurt them. What if I squeeze and they burst?!" And yes, I noticed that they never moved - not a bounce, wiggle or jiggle.
I'll assume these are the same breasts as in your recently posted pics with you and that fine young brunette. Assuming I'm correct, I've also fondled those very same breasts and can attest that they are nicely shaped. They looked very good on her. And they didn't move. And they were obviously too firm.

My experience with her was that I missed the movement and the suppleness. Further, I immediately noticed the scare on the underside of each breast. I was surprised at how noticeable each scare was. I've seen far less visible incisions.

So - I'm not judging, just giving you my very personal reaction to those very same breasts, as a guy - assuming these are the same breasts.

In the end - do what makes you feel good. If your services are good, you'll still have plenty of clientèle. Acknowledge you may lose some customers but sometimes that's not a bad thing.

Good luck.

I like real breasts. I have been with several women who have bolt-ons, some look great and some are so obviously fake they look funny with the skin all stretched out and shiny. I don't know what caused the bad ones, going too large, bad surgeon, cheap work, who knows? But when they are bad they are obviously bad.
Also I have never been one for elective surgery. Why risk your health for vanity.
On the other hand I know women whose self image was turned around completely by a boob job, and I think that is wonderful. One woman who I was just an acquaintance of went fron a small A no bra needed to a medium B. They looked great and she was so proud of them she showed them to me and let me touch them. Can't argue with that.

I agree that if I were to get a boob job, I would be going for something reasonable and proportional to my body - I've never wanted large breasts (I have too many female famliy members with "dents" in their shoulders from holding up large (natural) bosoms.) And that's pretty horrible looking. If I get it done, I'm just looking to fill out the skin that I have, and make sure that they are the same size. I don't think that's too much to ask.

A boob job is a last resort, and quite far in the future at best. I need to finish my diet, let my body adjust to my new weight, and continue to work with my personal trainer to tone/develop what I have left - including the pectoral muscles.

And ever the practical girl, I really can't justify a boob job when I'm looking at paying for culinary school next year.

From a few experiences in CR's, natual is always better. That being said, you make a good point that weight loss does influence the natural shape you once had and the new shape is less appealing. Enthusiasm and personality (e.g. what you do with what you have) is always sexier than just image (again, from some limited CR experience). You're doing the right thing, both your "market" research, and also checking the internet for various medical sites etc before making any irreversible decisions. Also checked out your web site, what you have is still beautiful, but you have to do with what makes you most comfortable with your body, but like already said, go with an experienced surgeon, don't go cheap, and don't overdo it. Good luck, whatever you decide.

In my extensive research with willing volunteers, I've discovered that the size of the breasts is no where near as important as the reaction of the breast owner to caresses and other stimulation.

I know a lovely lady who has A cup breasts, but such sensitive nipples that she can climax after just a minute or two of licking and sucking. That makes her small breasts just about the sexiest breasts I know.

So Barbara, if breast stimulation is a turn-on for you, it will be a turn-on for the guy if he's anything like me.

Depends on the job. I only know 1 girl that has the most incredible man made rack - it is so good I could not tell - her nipples match the breast size and her breasts are perfect and proportioned for her body. You can't feel the implants and even in telltale doggy you can't see the edge of the implant. Now there are a few others that are pretty good but usually a little manipulation and close examination can give it away. When it is a bad job-there is nothing worse - I know on SP that has has hers done more than 3 times and still they haven't gotten it right - so, unless you are prepared to go to the best and spend what is necessary stick with what god has given you. But don't forget - this is the Doc speaking.

As a breast man, I must weigh in on this topic. I prefer natural as well. Implants are just too hard and with a bad job you can really feel something foreign in there. I have seen some dancers in the CR where I thought they were all natural and they weren't but they just had slight augmentation. Augmentation is okay if one is lower than the other but ease up on the silicone.

I was in perverts row years ago at the Fax and the feature was Penelope Pumpkins (don't think that's her real name). After she was naked, she went to most in the front row and bounced each tit against the sides of their heads. I had a crick in my neck for 2 days. It was like getting hit with a soccer ball.

Barbara, no matter what you decide to do, there will be plenty of guys around who will appreciate the outcome.

So that means it's all about you. When I was in my 20s, I seriously considered getting implants -- after all, I was making the money and I had no chest to speak of. The only thing that held me back was that it wasn't convenient with other stuff that was going on in my life.

Good thing I didn't do it! Because early in my 30s, one day I just woke up to find a pair of C-sized boobs in bed with me!! It took me a while to accept that they were mine. After all, I'd even breast-fed my daughter for 10 months, and never had anything like that. Who knew something like this would sprout?? I never would have guessed it.

I think some of the advice here to worry more about responsivity as opposed to visual size is bang on. But even still, I think no matter what you choose to do, as long as you own it and take it as your own -- and enjoy the hell out of it sensually -- it will be fine.

I have dated many women with implants and of course hobbied with them and it just doesn't work. I love breasts but natural - is always more preferred regardless of size or look etc - it is the feel.

Natural breasts - any size and any shape feel right - implants only give a look and the feel just isn't there.

For the women - they also indicate problems - they don't have the sensation that they would want. In some cases - touching them was next to impossible.

Maybe things are changing but I for one would take anything natural over any implant - period

Just a suggestion

Having gone thru the same debate within myself, I looked into the third option. A procedure that lifts and enhances using your own tissue. If you are still on the weight loss path, now is the time. They will harvest your body fat from unwanted areas and rebuild your breasts. I have seen the results first hand and they are amazing. It also eliminates some of the remaining weight loss. It really is a win win all the way round. You are perkier, fuller and it's all you. Feels incredible and can do all the fun things real cleavage is known for. It costs approximately the same as a lift with implants, and may require a small touch ups later down the road, (7 to 10 yerars) but once you are creating culinary masterpieces, it probably wont matter. Take advantage of the cash flow now to help you feel better about yourself later. You're worth it.

My secretary had implants done about 2 years ago. Cost her 7g. She didnt do the proper stretching etc that her doc told her to. She can not lift her arms above shoulder height. She told me that when she woke up after the surgery and said she felt like she had an elephant on her chest.
I think it is each persons decision. I prefer natural over man made any day. If you do decide to go forth and get implants make sure that you research the doctors and remember that cheap things arent good.
Did you give her a big RAISE?? when she got them done.....LOL

I prefer natural regardless of the size but would support ladies wanting breast implants if that makes them feel good about themselves (and NOT for their boyfriend or even their husband).

Today's technology is so amazing that the lady who I've been seeing with for years has breasts that looks and feels so real that I would never tell they are implants - it came with a high price though...

I hate breast implants and avoid sp,mpa, strippers with implants. Nature rules, be happy with what she gave you, there is a reason.
