I think the reasons women undergo implants is more for their own self-confidence than anything else. Self-confidence is extremely important in one's ability to be happy with one's self.
As for the general male population, however, I've yet to see anyone seek out man-mades. More often than not, and I'm included in this crowd, man-mades are a general turn-off and, for me, are the reasons that I generally won't book or repeat with an SP, preferring the all-naturals instead. On occasion, I will try it out but each and every time the feel of those man-made breasts bring the pleasure of the overall session down a notch. Then again, so do saggy all-natural breasts which have no shape and have lost their battle with gravity. But if I had to choose between the two, I'd still go with the all-naturals.
