The Globe and Mail has an item on breast implants today: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/health/new-health/andre-picard/are-breast-implants-a-form-of-mutilation/article2304457/

There have been about a half dozen times where I've had a session with an MPA with implants, all inadvertently and never a deliberate choice on my part. Fact is, I can't stand implants and I seriously wonder why any girl would choose to undergo that surgery if it's for no more than ego enhancement. (I do understand it when it's after a mastectomy, however.) I suspect the majority of men on this board also far prefer natural breasts over implants, though I may be wrong. So, what are your thoughts on this article?

Have you thought about it from the lady's point of view?

What if she's got small boobs, or she's less than pleased with them for any reason and she thinks implants are worthwhile for her? Imagine it yourself the other way round - what if girls said, "I can't stand it when I find the guy's had a penis implant. How could anyone choose to undergo surgery like that, just for ego enhancement?" But there's you, afraid the girls will laugh at your 3".

Of course, men prefer large firm natural breasts. But I think we had better believe that the girl who has implants also would have much preferred it -- much more even than you do -- if she'd been endowed with large natural ones, but all she drew were tiny bumps.

If you don't like breast implants, you can walk away. Just as you can walk away from a girl who has small boobs. She can't. Show a little understanding!

I prefer natural if they're large, if not I prefer implants to make them big, lol. I just like large breasts.................period!

I like bolt ons however I do question the wisdom of going through surgery to get them unless your natural tits are really fucked up, and even then.

Its not as if he's saying this to the girls face so why exactly is expressing an opinion here not showing understanding? You could actually make an argument that saying something is helping to foster awareness that men aren't all about big tits and/or you don't really have to spend the money and run the risks to be attractive to men. Same idea as say telling women that they all don't have to be 95 lbs and eat nothing but lettuce or go to the washroom and stick their fingers down their throats,

Men have to take some responsibility for helping to create these unrealistic expectations of beauty and body image issues but nothing pisses me off more than being critisized by women for being knuckle draggers and liking c cups and also critisized for saying no your a or b cups are fine don't do anything to them.

I think if I were a woman I'd want to know before I had an augmentation that many many men simply don't like them.

And yes if there was a penis enlargement operation 90% of us would consider it........but I'd be pissed if I only found out afterwards that women didn't like it but were too "polite " to say anything.

Ditto. Small nice titties are just fine.

The only time a woman should consider implants if she has a bad set of saggers (we've all seen them). I met the famous Sara Valentine when she used to work at Alpha Care many years ago, pre implants. She had a bad case of saggers for a young woman. Anyway, the implants worked wonders on her and it was money well spent, though, she went too big in the end.

The thing was, the O/P suggested he was against breast implants because they were done for ego enhancement. I suggested you might compare it with yourself, and what it would be like, if you had a 3" penis, and if penis enlargement was possible, but it left a mark, and you decided to get yours boosted -- you might well think there was a lack of understanding by the girls if they said they hate guys who get penis enlargements just to enhance their egos.

I might suggest that the great majority of the girls terbites come across, who have had implants, did so because their natural boobs are, as they saw it, inadequate, rather than to enhance their egos. On another level, of course, it can be said that our main motivation for every single thing we do, all of us, is ego enhancement.

Like the French is saying: as long as it fit in a champaign flute it is beautiful...

I'm a boobman, meaning i'm drawn to big breast, supprise, i'm turn off by bolt-on. It is the matter of preference, after all. There is no right size, shape and ..whatever. Even the same "spec" is misguiding too. I'll give you an example: i used to fantasize and was waiting for a lady from Mirage: Emma. The first time she was here, she brough her own pix and man oh man, i missed the chance and eagerly waiting for her to come back: all because the boobs shown in the set areso natural and enticing. She came back, with a new set of pix that showed how they really looked like, no mistake they are nice but not appealing to me anymore...

There is no telling what turn a man on (even sometimes he does not know, me for example) but the natural boobs are best if she can live with them.

This also bring me to a little note: how come almost ALL the Kgirls have implants? Funny how the "involved agencies" advertise them as young girls, i mean how a 19 year old able and incline to go to the knife to have bigger boobs? Beats me.

Also, there is a thing called no-scar implant, and let me tell you i was fooled by a lady from TGF: everybody from Ron, other reviewers and me (three times) thought NATURAL, but i could only confirm when i had her in doggy style and grabbed hers... Still i love HERS.

Thank you to Train for understanding where I am coming from. I'm not sure why Buttercup reacted as she did, as all I am saying is that I think young women should realize that there are many men who appreciate their natural breasts, whatever their size. There was a session I had several years ago at SRM, where I complimented the lady on her lovely shaped breasts. She replied that she thought them too small (about a B cup, I'd guess) and was debating whether to get implants. I told her that many men appreciated natural breasts and that implants would be a turn-off for them, myself included, and that it would be a shame for her to have the surgery done if only to appeal to the "Bigger the Better" mindset of some guys. That's what I was referring to by "ego enhancement", as I don't know why any woman would opt for surgery just so she would appeal more to the guys who like that sort of thing.

Buttercup is a "he", baby. Also, an ardent admirer of the female form, and a lover of big natural tits. May the lord bless you and keep you, and bring you peace.

Oops! Sorry Buttercup. I assumed wrongly from the online handle and the way that you were arguing the female point of view. My sincere apology for the mistake!

My only experience with implants was with strippers about 10-15 years ago. And while some looked pretty good, you could always tell they were implants by feel. So recently, I have seen reviews where guys have asked the reviewer if the SP or MP has real or fake and they answer "they seemed real to me, but they might be fake." And often, this would generate discussion amongst Terbites as to whether they were real or fake. Now all those years ago with the strippers, it was fairly obvious. So is technology that much better now that you can't tell, or are some of our members in need of anatomy lessons?

Although like most dudes I prefer a nice firm set over saggys
Like some dudes I prefer bolt-ons over saggys.

However if a chick is 10 pounds of awesome in a 5 pound bag I'd be willing to put up with saggys or malformed tits.
Especially outside of the context of professional sex work.
Fuck if you are this chick below I'd probably be able to overlook the presence of a penis.

I don't judge women who get implants. What I don't understand is when they already have nice breasts and they get implants they don't need. It just seems like a waste in that situation.

I also don't think women should get them until they're at least in their 20's because a lot of women don't really 'fill out' until then. When I was 18 I was really thin and had almost no boobs at all but by 25 I had a nice little set of B cups. (If I must say so myself, lol). Many very young women are still very thin/small because of their age and therefore have small breasts. When they put on weight as they age, most will also fill out in that area too. And I definitely don't think a girl under 18 should be considering it - they're not even finished developing at that point. Just my 2 cents.

I dont see anything wrong with implants. Im a female and sadly I wasnt born with boobs. I have a naturally thin frame (I can barely get to 105 lbs) and I eat plently. Well I had an A cup and it wasnt going to get bigger... I have bigger hips so my lower half didnt match my upper at all. Clothes was a pain in the ass, guys always commented on my "small" boobs and how cute they are. In the end, I got boobs for myself, whether being a dancer or not, another reason if my hips werent bigger, then I would be hour-glass then a boob job wouldnt be needed.

In the end, I ended up with a D/DD, and they do not look big in clothes at all, they match my body. They do look natural and feel more natural than other fake boobs. It truely depends on the doctor and what size implant the female can take - depending how much the skin steches, what fits her body, what time of implant shes getting, whether its overs or unders etc.. Many factors come in role. In the end, I feel like a normal female, all guys (clients, and guys Ive dated) loved my tits - regular guys (outside of work) even questioned whether they are real. Many girls dont do their research and end up with the "bolt on circles". I got my surgury in the US where doctors were more experienced in this surgury than Toronto.
