I just use the burner app on my phone. Must have got a number that an escort had recently because I keep getting texts on it asking for my rates and if I'm available. One dude even sent a bunch of selfies and a picture of his dick I could have gone without seeing.

My damn speakout is still working, why do they keep telling me its done?
Mine is still working too! Getting emails and texts once in a while saying it will be done soon.
I got a text from Speakout saying that Oct31'st was the cutoff date, so I successfully ported over to a new CHATR account. Just as private, but more expensive. Didn't use a credit card, and can use cash to top up.

so you kept your "old" Speakout number? Given that you paid cash, does this mean that you did this in a Chatr store? Did they ask for Id?
I would like to know this as well? Can we pay with prepaid to sign up then going fwd cash or pre paid...thank you
I went to as chatr kiosk, told them I want a SIM card, they told me what the plans were ,I went for something like a 30 per month plan, confirmed I can top up with cash-paid vouchers.

Asked my name, I gave a semi-fake name, asked my address, I said I am a privacy nut, I don't like to give out my address, he said np we'll just put the address of the shopping center.
Gave an email.
I said I am with speakout, I just use it for an emergency where Rogers has coverage but Telus does not. I said that speakout is ending, he seemed to know that, I said I was thinking of porting old number over, he said just bring it in and be sure it is working.
Went home, saved contacts to a .vcf file, then factory re-set it.
Went back 2 weeks later, said I want to port it over, gave him my old phone, he took the old phone, went into something on it, asked the old number, I confirmed what it is, which he confirmed by looking at the phone, he said OK in probably around 30 mins you will see all the bars on your old phone disaappear, when that happens it means the porting over process is starting, it happenned, in an hour I confirmed that the number was on my new phone, re-installed the .vcf file, that's it.
Now I can go to chatr, pay cash for a , lets say $200 top up, apply it to the phone and I am done. No credit card, no id, all I need is to use cash.
You'd better get going, I believe Friday is the last day for speakout

I use Freedom. Used a fake name and address. Uses a CC. But if someone really wants to find you they will. Especially LE and hackers. Everything can be tracked these days. Just have to make it harder for the wives to find it right guys??

Naughty boys !! I just went to a chatr kiosk. Said I was getting g a simcard plan for my homeless brother and didnt want my wife to find out. I think it worked out to $169.50 taxes in for unlimited calling 2000 texts and -I dont know how much data- for the year. I gave him my burner email so I can track my usage, and when he asked my address I just took the first number off my last address.... plust the street name.. and the computer propagated a list of that address and I picked the first one. Easy peasy, kid barely spoke English, couldn't figure out the change so I had to help him count out the money.

Can't find out my balance (but it would be less than $25)
However, I can still call it from my office work phone (which is a landline phone) and text it (both back and forth) from my company issued cell phone
Would never use either of these other phones to communicate with SP or MPA as I wouldn't want one of their phone numbers to ever appear on bill that the company receives and pays
