Even Montreal players are calling the Canadiens a bunch of losers.
Of course that player is now an ex-Montreal(lucky him, he got out) player and that player is Cammalleri.
A Toronto area born player, he said he would have liked to come here to play for the Leafs. It was not to be.

Jaro Spacek spoke with the media yesterday and stated that it's an absolute mess in Montreal, starting with the coaching situation (the fact he doesn't speak french). He added that the players don't go out anymore and that he's happy he's no longer playing there, referring it as a zoo. "It's a mess!"

I was curious to see what YOU you will say if it have a non-anglophone coach in Toronto for example. He cannot survive more that 1 day! And as you you will never accept that, in Quebec, it should be acceptable?

If a french speaking coach was hired to coach the Leafs ... it will never happen ... too many English guys that know what they are doing, but I will play along. If he could lead the Leafs to contention and a Cup win or two you think I would care what language he spoke ?
Would I prefer a born and raised Toronto guy ? Of course, but that is secondary. Winning fixes everything.

It's not worth the effort. A fellow who went by the name "mazingerz" continually polluted the merb board with his hate-filled xenophobic rants (although it was amusing how much he could rile up the anti-French whackos and incite them to throw a collective hissy-fit). Finally the moderators had enough and threw "mazingerz" off the board. If the terb "mazingerz" is the same guy, he's just a troll.
