You really have a hard time putting pieces together. The argument Kirk makes is the intent was good and noble, the laws that were written were way to broad and allowed for the nobility of the act to be undermined.
But the left wing curated narrative continues to push that Kirk hates all blacks/minorities/women/gays/etc. The problem with the brain rot that the left has capitalized for years among their base is that people don't bother to fact check the headline anymore.
