I agree!! It was amazing what they were able to do with that set. I drive Richmond to work everyday and looked forward to passing "MSG" on my way to work.xarir said:Haven't seen the movie yet (there was a sneak preview on Sunday) but I did watch them build and subsequently tear down the set for the exterior shots of Madison Square Gardens. It was kind of neat actually - they did a really good job and there was a lot of attention to detail. For example, there's a hat store just next to the entrance to MSG - the hats actually had price tags on them! I would imagine you probably can't see the prices on the screen but they were there on the props.
MSG by the way is the south side of The Bay downtown (Richmond & Yonge).
