Beware of Club Alpha's online booking system. A few days ago using the online system I booked an appointment for a day later this week at 4pm. Just checking it now, my appointment has been changed to 10am. Funny thing is that the lady I am booked to see isn't on the schedule until 12pm that day; so I never could have booked this appointment in the first place. Not sure what happened but be aware of it happening.

Did you try booking before Sunday evening for a meet the week after?
The system resets Sunday evening usually after their Sunday shift ends and that is when the following week's schedule is updated into the booking system.

I had the same issue and when I called the reception told me the same thing that the schedule is reset Sunday at 6:00. It does get confusing when the system shows a schedule and allows you to book.

Thanks, did the system move your appointment to a different time? A time when the lady isn't even on the schedule?

I've learned not to book more than one week ahead. As others have mentioned, the Alpha schedule comes out on Sunday evening, and once that occurs you are good to go for that week.

Make sure the MA's updated schedule matches the online booking availability. Tweet the MA to say hello and confirm and you're generally good to go.

Learned my lesson after booking several appointments ahead of time after the grand reopening, only to see them change once the new schedules came out on Sunday.

Noticed the errata, did some rescheduling, and everything worked out perfectly. Jessica was very professional, diligent, and apologetic about the anomalies, but I just shrugged them off as another adjustment we have to make.

Looks like many of the Alpha Gents have figured out how to book effectively by waiting until the Sunday schedule reset then booking for that week. Not hard to do. Lets bring solutions.

Hope this makes for more effective booking and happy massage experiences for all concerned.

A shout-out and thank you to Jessica and the Alpha team for resolving anomalies quickly and professionally. They are very easy to work with. A hug from Jessica makes any problem disappear 🙂

In my opinion the Alpha scheduling system is user-friendly, informative, and efficient. Clients can check availability of the MAs and book accordingly with minimal fuss.

It's best to tweet the MAs to confirm the appointment, refer to the weekly schedule, and make sure they match your online booking. Then it's up the elevator for a session. What's not to like?

I ended up calling the reception because I was not clear on booking my recent duo. It was then she told me that the schedule for the following week was not accurate. However, both ladies were available for the time requested but at the time of the booking, it was not confirmed that it would be. So in answer, the system did not book a different time. I guess I was lucky.

Thanks for the replies, I booked my appointment on Monday. So the whole thing about booking before Sunday evening doesn't apply in my situation. I also checked my appointment on Tuesday and it still showed my original booking for late afternoon. So sometime yesterday it got changed to a morning appointment for which the lady isn't even scheduled. I can't make the earlier appointment that I was assigned so canceled it online today. My original time was no longer available for me to rebook either. Not sure what would happen if I kept the morning appointment with a lady who isn't scheduled to be there at that time.

Hello POF1,

I can easily identify what happened here.
Due to a personal event, Selena had to reschedule a couple of appointments for tomorrow.
Unfortunately, when she was communicating these changes to the administrative staff, she made a mistake and asked us to move the wrong appointment. As a result, your appointment was moved due to human error. At the end of the day, we are all human and in rare occasions mistakes do happen. No one is perfect.
lthough Selena comes really close ;)

I apologize you had to deal with this incident.

With that said, I wish you had reach out to us so we could actually resolve the issue instead of assuming that our complete booking system is failing.

It would cost nothing to communicate an error with us and we are always more than happy to fix it.
We never said that we’re perfect and any business that claims to be perfect is misleading you. However, one thing that we can assure you of is that when an error occurs, we always do our best to fix it.
