I've learned not to book more than one week ahead. As others have mentioned, the Alpha schedule comes out on Sunday evening, and once that occurs you are good to go for that week.
Make sure the MA's updated schedule matches the online booking availability. Tweet the MA to say hello and confirm and you're generally good to go.
Learned my lesson after booking several appointments ahead of time after the grand reopening, only to see them change once the new schedules came out on Sunday.
Noticed the errata, did some rescheduling, and everything worked out perfectly. Jessica was very professional, diligent, and apologetic about the anomalies, but I just shrugged them off as another adjustment we have to make.
Looks like many of the Alpha Gents have figured out how to book effectively by waiting until the Sunday schedule reset then booking for that week. Not hard to do. Lets bring solutions.
Hope this makes for more effective booking and happy massage experiences for all concerned.
A shout-out and thank you to Jessica and the Alpha team for resolving anomalies quickly and professionally. They are very easy to work with. A hug from Jessica makes any problem disappear
In my opinion the Alpha scheduling system is user-friendly, informative, and efficient. Clients can check availability of the MAs and book accordingly with minimal fuss.
It's best to tweet the MAs to confirm the appointment, refer to the weekly schedule, and make sure they match your online booking. Then it's up the elevator for a session. What's not to like?
