Partial disclosure: I am an owner of mid-size international web development company with registration in Ontario.
I got approached by someone from Europe with a project to design and develop an escort BBS (pretty much like Leolist, but with PROPER user interface). I will not be operating the website - I will only create it. It will be operated by the client in an European country where these kind of websites are absolutely legal.
Question: Can I run into some legal issues with Bill C-36 and the surrounding laws?
Yes, I plan to consult with my lawyer, but may be there is a definite answer I can find on this board with help from my fellow hobbyists and save $400/hr?
Thanks!
