I suppose you'd apply the same standards that "cops always have to win a fight" and say the same thing about every male cop who were beat up on the job.
As a cop you should be able to at least control whoever is in front of you in a physical confrontation.

You guys should lighten up.

The woman cop in question may not be a femaie George Foreman, but she didn't run away either. It's not easy being a cop, male or female and not every cop needs to be an MMA prize fighter. I'm sure that this young woman has plenty of other attributes which make her a good cop.
She shouldn't be out in the field...She doesn't have the mental or physical ability to handle it when the going gets rough.

I wouldn't want her watching my back.

La la land
I watched the whole video on YouTube.
She walked into the situation like she was tough but they (cops) lost control really fast.

I'd say lack of training or incompetence with all the cops involved is what caused this situation.
Yes I did see it else where.

3 questions for the OP and everyone who agrees with him:

1. Do you see SPs?
2. If so, you share these views with them?
3. If so, do they appear to like you?

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Most traffic stops are conducted by a single officer so your comment has no merit.
You must be fresh out of high school to be so lacking in basic logic.
Most traffic stops do not result in any use of force.
Something like 1% involve use of force during a traffic stop.
You must not have even attended high school to be so lacking in basic logic that you'd try to pass off outliers as the norm and support the extraordinary conclusion that women not be allowed to serve entirely.

Life for anyone does not result in any use of force 99% of the time.

Cops exist to handle the 1% of the time when life goes awry.

You made reference to a team to handle the situation but a single female officer is more likely to hurt or killed even if 1% of stops result in violence.

Yes and far less than 1% of the time, women fail where men succeed, during a use of force incident.
It is such an outlier that a demand to not employ female officers isn't justified.

The truth that was a grazing punch with zero leverage and it floored her and completely put her into a meltdown. This shouldn't be how tax dollars are spent. I've been punched by guys 40 pounds lighter than me and didn't feel it, the opposite is true. If someone punches a 130 pound woman and that person is 170 the affects are devastating.

Ask any boxer who fights up even one weight class. Sugar ray Leonard said one of his toughest matches was against canadian donny lalonde, lalonde was a few pounds heavier. Leonard said the difference in power was incredible. I also dont like seeing fat male or female cops.
Normally boxers train at several pounds above their fighting weight, and they often go to extremes to lose weight quickly immediately prior to the weigh-in.

Canadian former lightweight/ welterweight Gaétan Hart had an unusual training regimen. He was several pounds under his fighting weight until a couple of weeks before a bout, then he packed on pounds with huge amounts of protein and intense weight lifting in the days before a fight.

In a May 7, 1980 match, he put his opponent Ralph Racine in a coma from a 12th round TKO, and six and a half weeks later, (on the undercard for the first Leonard-Duran fight on June 20, 1980), his 10th round TKO of Cleveland Denny resulted in his opponent's death 16 days later.
