Apparently, some folk see a tattoo as a form of scarring. So, would they have the same prejudice toward someone who has an actual scar or birthmark, or is it more of a psychological judgement placed on the individual due the association they've learned.

For those who are of the opinon that "now she won't ever come to you with anything again"...what was he/we supposed to do? Lie to her and say hey, that's great baby???? so, what do you think would happen if she found out he really didn't like it and he lied to her face? There goes trust right out the window.....I'd rather have my kid know that if they do something I feel is good, they get praise, if they do something I find distasteful? they will get a talking to....and most of all, they will know that I am always honest with them.
