Fun? Nope, this is just tongue and cheek to get attention. Another marketing gimmick to steal the market share from Acer, Toshiba or what not.

Personally, they are not much different since they are just another tool to get the job done. As long as I get much more bang for a now worth-less buck, it's fine. Don't pay too much attention on those bells and whistles.

Sorry dude, you fit the prototype they are looking for, somebody who have no problems to squander and spend big at the expense of others.

They do not find frugal/thrifty type like myself compatible to their mindset.

There is talk about RIM using android OS, but I can not see that happening without help from Asus. How on earth can you RIM and android unless they put Asus on Androids.
