This is such a classic, partically with Don Henley talking how he started working with Bruce Hornsby in creating the song.

Thanks so much for posting that @chrispalen. What a great performance of such a beautifully crafted song. Haven’t heard or thought of Hornsby much lately, but he’s certainly one of the great songwriters of that era.

Bruce Hornsby wrote the cords and Don Hanley wrote the lyric. What a wonderful combination.
Brings back a lot of nice memories.
