I have a good understanding of Spanish but I speak it very little.

My best tools, Google translate, WhatsApp, Badoo. In WhatsApp texts are automatically translated, this was magic! And very useful to me.

Fist of all, there are 3 types of women in Cuba
The pros, where she approaches you directly and asks you if you want to fuck or get sucked.
The pros I've seen aren't really pretty, their approach is aggressive and they don't hesitate to make advances. They seem very naughty and experienced.
The semi-pros, she walks around looks you in the eyes, gives you a smile and waits for you to approach them, or they come up to you to ask to light their cigarettes and start a discussion.
The semi-pros, they are beautiful and they know it, beautiful bodies, beautiful faces, they exude high sexuality.
The third category, any woman on the streets, are everyday women, don't force things but with a respectful approach towards them, they won't say no and they will be convinced to have a good time.
These woman are aged 20 to 60+. They could be a waitress, a woman who works in a kiosk or that you meet on the street. From the experience I have had, you find a beautiful woman, introduce yourself, tell her she is beautiful, ask her for her number or her WhatsApp, offer her a drink or dinner, offer her money in return of service and time spent with you. That's it! This is my favorite category....
My experiences:
Day 1: Monday PM and Evening
In PM: I'm going to the beach. Between the beach and the hotel, a pro saw the gringo that I am from far, as we were walking face to face towards each other, she was starring at me non stop, at my level she stops me, she looked at me, smile and she kisses me right there (DFK)… even before saying Hola. She then tells me that she wants me, I say no, she insists, etc.... my second brain ends up saying yes... She bring me in a bush nearby where people could easily see us and she proceed to suck me and I end up fucking her in the ass! Welcome to Cuba!
In the evening: In front of the hotel, there is a kiosk, I talk for a while with a bartender, I make friends with him. He explains to me how it works with Cuban women, etc. I told him that I would need a guide and security guard to go to Havana. He says wait I will check with my wife, so we can do this tomorrow. His wife says okay, from this moment on he became my guide, my wingman and a very good friend.
During the evening, he said to me... you would like me to call women now, of course I said! An hour later two women in their early 20s arrive, a semi-pro and a regular girls ( at first I was told she was 20, which I believe, I learned at the end of the trip that she was barely 18 and 2 weeks). Cerversa, cerversa, cerversa.... we're all getting drunks, my guys has the semipro, I have the regular girl. We have fun, talk, kiss, hand roaming, etc. we all going for a "walk on the beach". This guy is not controllable and can't help himself, a true Latino, lol, he sees a beautiful woman and he have to stop to talk to her, flirt and get her contact for later. I learn alot, it allowed me to see his technique.... it would never work in Canada but in Cuba it is well seen and women like to be approached and fliet in this way.
Back to the hotel for 5 min, I shower/change and we go to downtown Havana. He shows me around Havana, etc. We have drinks, two more contacts added to my contacts and two girls kiss in Parque Central after buying them a beer. His wife arrives to join us for dinner and we end the evening nothing special after that, but great experience to explore Cuban's life!
Day 3: Wednesday
In the evening, I ask my friend, if he wants to go see what's going on in Guanabo and invite him to go out. We walked the main street, there is a place with a kiosk, several women are standing around. We walked a bit on the 5th AVE, finally stopping at the K5 Bar and spending the evening there, beautiful place, nice little terrace, several tourists came there with their Cuban lady and the waitresses of the evening was beautiful, great ass and face to look at.
For a Wednesday evening it wasn't very busy but I could easily imagine the potential of a Friday or Saturday evening.
After our evening on our way to take the bus we see two women, 22y & 25y, who were at a bus stop waiting. We start talking to them, we take them to a booth for a beer and we ask/negotiate them to go to the beach... the deal is to make a swap this time. So we go to the beach. Everyone naked! My friend brings the 22y away. I start fucking the 25y in the ocean, after finishing we go back to the beach and we swap women. I'm not sure I would do it again. Cuban women who enter with a tourist are being nag at and disrespect by other Cuban (the security guard) and it was very shameful for her. The security guards were jerks and make sure that everyone around knew what was going on and on purpose.
How I did it, I went directly to the hotel website and booked a room for the girl by entering her info (name, ID #) and paying directly with my credit card, the cost was of $65. Speaking with another tourist who paid directly at the front desk for his girl, they charged him almost $100 CAN with the exchange rate. So good deal for me!
I went with the girl to check in at the front desk and the lady add her to my room for one day. My experience wasn't exactly pleasant but much easier and cheaper than having everything done at the front desk. The receptionist had no choice but to accept it since everything had already been paid for.
When everything was settled we spent the evening and night, morning and basically until 4pm the next day in the room!

As I said, now I would be more prepare for my next time. I learn a lot as I mentioned and in retrospect, there is thing that I would do different for sure.
Like, renting and Airbnb vs an Hotel, having more girls instead of just 4, example I could have invited both girls back to my hotel for a duo instead of just one, don't be shy and just approach any beautiful woman and go from there...
