The Rossoneri vs Hotspurs match was a bit of a piscit, Diaz and Tonali combined well but no payoff. Thaiw looks dominant as the central defender, the disappointing part - no action for Il Schnozzone Magno.

At the moment Bayern Munich look like favorites.

Qatari PSG dumped. Hooraaaay. They did not register a single goal against Bayern Munich over two legs.
No contribution from washed up Sergio Ramos and Messi.

Mbappe has won Ligue 1 and the World Cup. Champions League is the only trophy left.
Now he can see he cant win CL at PSG and will be gone to Madrid sooner than later.

Bayern is a great team. They do things the right way. English clubs can spend all they want. They cant touch Bayern!

Mbappe had a shitty day. Zero dribble won 6 lost balls 🤮

Yet will he leave right this coming summer? Will Messi leave too? Both could be against each other in Spain next year.

Man City should prevail. Would love Porto to cause a surprise.

Napoli and Milan are attempting to follow the Bayern model, can they hold on to their top players like the Bavarians do? James Ratcliffe is actually a Chelsea fan, he wanted to buy the club but he wouldn't agree to looter Roman Abramovich terms of sale.

The English pundits are too hard on Tottenham, they are an incomplete club. Milan played shut down football, poor Harry Kane was left in solitary confinement. He had to drop back into midfield to create his own chances. That's the problem with the EPL, it's a maximum results, minimum time league. Quality distributors take longer to develop than forwards. Scotland's Pirlo is being groomed in Bologna, he's making Riccardo Orsolini look very good. This is the player Tottenham should sign in the summer.

How well are Bologna doing, they are equal on points with Juventus.

Sir James Ratcliffe is a lifelong Manchester United fan.

All those immigrants from French-speaking Africa have made Paris the strongest base of football talent in the world. Instead of nurturing this immense talent, PSG prefers to cast about for washed up names like Messi who have no affinity for the club. Imagine the passion of those boys playing for their boyhood clubs. That's how club identity is built.

Paris-born Kingsley Coman was released by PSG in 2015. He scored Bayern's only goal in the first leg. Choupo-Moting was born in Germany but he had a 2-year spell with PSG in 2018 who let him go. He scored the first goal for Bayern yesterday. He is no Lewandowski but he is chipping in critical goals.

Daily Mail likes to blow smoke, I don't believe that Ratcliffe is a lifelong Manchester United fan. He can't take on the Islamic Bank of Qatar on his own, he needs allies. That's why the Glazer's floated Elliot Management, if Ratcliffe had phoned Paul Singer he'd be the new owner of United. Maybe their pov conflict, Singer holds fiefdom clubs in disdain, If he takes a minority stake in United he expects the club to be run sustainably. He blocked the takeover of Milan by Bahrain Investment Group, Gerry Cardinale (Red Bird Management) got majority stake with Drake and LBJ taking small shares. Singer still owns 30% of the club.

PSG are a trainwreck, they had Brandon Soppy in their youth sister, they released him preferring to sign new mercenaries instead. He's now thriving at Atalanta.

If Southgate really didn’t pick Tomori for his WC squad because last years performance against Chelsea, his performance against Spurs may have just earned him a place in a new look defence for this months Euro 24 qualifiers against Italy and Ukraine.

Is it really almost international break time already?

Reacting to England's qualifying group, manager Gareth Southgate told Sky Sports News: "It's clearly a tough draw, given the quality of the opposition, and we've had draws in qualification that have probably been a little bit more comfortable than that.
"But I'd have to say, Poland and Hungary in the last qualifying group (for the Qatar World Cup) was particularly tough as well. So we're used to that, and the draws are what they are, it's about how you perform on the day."

On facing familiar opposition in Italy, the England manager added: "There are not too many surprises. We know the quality that they have and we know the depth that they have. England's record against Italy, generally, is not very good so we've got to improve that."

For anyone wanting to know how Victor Osimhen became the Nigerian Zorro, here's his collision with Skriniar.

Not for the squeamish.

Ratcliffe was born in the Greater Manchester area and is a lifelong Manchester United fan according to The Telegraph, Mirror, Sky, Athletic AND the Daily Mail. Google is your best friend. If you have information to the contrary, produce it.
But he is a Chelsea ticket holder because head office of his company Ineos is in London.

Lo Speciale works his magic yet again. I'm not expecting Roma to get past the Basques, this is gravy. Currently both Roma clubs are in the CL Zone, Milan is outside looking in. It's going to be a dogfight.

Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira was vice president of Spain's referees committee.
From 2001 to 2018 while he occupied that position, FC Barcelona paid him and his company 8.4 million Euros.
The club has been charged with corruption, among other charges.
Big trouble for Barcelona!

The innovators of ref swarming, this doesn't surprise me at all. Juventus were relegated to Serie C for match fixing, will Barca get the kiss on the wrist?

This never gets old.

Inter -Spezia. 1-2 Maldini scored for Spezia, Junior of course. The other was a penalty. Lautaro missed a penalty and Lukaku scored the other penalty for Inter. Inter sucked, I know Lautaro scored a few goals, but Inter's forwards suck. Lukaku was never the same since he came back from injury. Tomorrow Saturday Napoli -Atalanta, which is guaranteed to be a good game.

Lautaro and Lukaku were lethal when Conte was in charge at Inter. And they won the Scudetto. Now both players and the team are floundering.
Marcus Rashford of Man Utd was an average striker until Ten Hag became the boss. Now he is a world class striker.
Moral: It takes certain coaches to bring the best out of some players.
Conte left Inter thinking the grass was going to be greener at Tottenham. He is regretting that move now.
Inter should bring back Conte to revive their fortunes.

Yes, they did great together before under Conti. Yesterday Lukaku turned to the Bench asking why he didn't take the penalty and Lautaro did?
Rashford turned out to be very good under Hag.
But I think Conte left because they didn't want to give him the same money or more, I'm not sure what happened there.

It's all over Napoli 2 Atalanta 0, Champions of Italy

Alek Meret suffered a wrist injury before the match, Pierluigi Gollini played in his place, making key saves to keep a clean sheet. He should have never gone to Tottenham, he was not going to replace Hugo Lloris. Atalanta played a strong defensive game, it took extreme magic fro Kvaradona (fuck Messi) to break the deadlock in the second half.
