Sorry, can't find out what it is, so I'll venture my best guess:

The SP is making a play on words on a known acronym, but what acronym?

The only thing I can think of is FBSM (i.e. no FS, but very good massage).

FuBar Surfboard - maybe it means she'll "surf" your body with hers?

I am probably totally wrong, so what you could do is:
